Sounds Like Trump Committed Obstruction

I wonder what former judges have to say and not people solely trained to try and find guilt.
Judges would not opine without a trail. The prosecutors are saying there is enough to charge.

Far to many prosecutors are inclined to prosecute people, even though they do not have sufficient evidence to ensure a conviction.
It’s a bit unnerving to think how many overzealous prosecutions there may have been

Wow 300 people who were not part of the investigation have an opinion.

NO, fuckhead....those (now almost 500) prosecutors made a determination based ON READING Mueller's report and the evidence listed.

Unlike idiots like you who REFUSE to read the damn report and rely on Hannity to tell what the fuck to "think"
There was no evidence, shitferbrains...Just innuendo and "I couldn't prove" bullshit that had no business being put out there.

IOW...

Not true. You are just echoing a Trump lie designed to dupe his followers. Point and meaning of the letter is that hundreds of former prosecutors and DOJ officials are saying emphatically there is ample evidence in Mueller's report to indict and prosecute.
And 3rd party opinions carry no weight and thus do not matter except to the emotionally distraught desperately seeking any form of soothing to cling to.
Signatories of the discussed document is meant for judges who will be hearing upcoming court cases. Irreparable reputations and careers will be at stake.

The group apparently running this, protectdemocracy.org, was organized in December 2016. Apparently, democracy didn't need any protecting until then. LOL. Let's think about the timing of the organization of this group, shall we.

Anyone can literally fill the form out that is tabulating these names. There is apparently no vetting, no verification, nothing that I saw aside from a statement that "Signatories have been vetted to the best of our ability." Which means Ab-So-Lutely nothing.

punks sitting in their mom's basement wearing their antifa shirts could be among all of these "former DOJ prosecutors" for all we know.

It would seem to me that you guys lapping this up like manna without bothering to question motive or verify that the data is even legitimate have been played. Again.

Many of refer to this as "confirmation bias". ;)

Trump is constantly obstructing justice by ordering his lackeys to illegally refuse document requests. Plus the tweets.

300+ attorneys say they think Trump obstructed justice

"Hundreds of former Justice Department officials said in an open letter released Monday that President Donald Trump would be facing multiple felony charges stemming from the Russia investigation if he were not President.

"The letter posted online by Justice Department alumni, who served under presidents from both parties, said the report from special counsel Robert Mueller contained repeated instances of Trump committing obstruction of justice, and that he would have been charged with obstruction if he was not protected as President by an opinion from the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel that Mueller cited."

Bipartisan support that includes one career prosecutor who worked with Rudy Giuliani says the Rudy he knew would not have hesitated to charge Trump based on the evidence Mueller has supplied.

Trump's actions today confirm he is still actively obstructing justice, and provides ample evidence he will do little to prevent his "Fancy Bear" buddies from helping in 2020.
Yeah they don't want to be prosecuted, and they know they might be.

Prosecuted for what, holding Trump to the same legal standards as any other American?

Trump would face obstruction charges if he wasn't president, prosecutors say

"Hundreds of former federal prosecutors – and counting – signed an open letter published on Monday expressing their belief that Donald Trump would have faced 'multiple felony charges of obstruction of justice' if he were not president.

"Multiple aspects of Trump’s conduct described in a report of the Trump-Russia investigation submitted in March by special counsel Robert Mueller were probably criminal, the prosecutors write.

"Mueller had declined to weigh whether to charge Trump, citing justice department guidelines prohibiting the indictment of a sitting president.

"But the letter’s signatories, which include prominent Republicans from administrations going back to Richard Nixon, said it was clear that Trump would have faced charges had he not been protected by the guidelines."

Obama lawyers form 'worst-case scenario' group to tackle Trump

"United to Protect Democracy, which draws its name from a line in President Barack Obama’s farewell address that urged his supporters to pick up where he was leaving off, has already raised a $1.5 million operating budget, hired five staffers and has plans to double that in the coming months. They’ve incorporated as both a 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4), allowing them to operate as a nonprofit but participate in some forms of political advocacy as well....

...Jesse Lee, who was Obama’s White House director of rapid response, is also on board as communications director and Caroline McKay, a former legal assistant in the White House Counsel’s office, is managing operations. But they’re also coming with a huge network of support from other Obama lawyers, as well as partner organizations like the Brennan Center."

I could keep going and provide some info on the Brennan Center too, I imagine, but that would be bordering on overkill at this point.

Nice work hook-line-and-sinkering yourselves on this one.

Suckers.

Oddly enough these so called Prosecutors voted for both Clinton and Obama, were for The Russian Reset and Financially supported the Clinton Campaign.

But that's not all folks, each and everyone of them were caught with a Putin Shaped Bobblehead shoved right up their ass, just like the one you happen to be sitting on right now.

Hundreds of former persecutors are pissed at Trump for firing their useless behinds en masse when he first went to Washington to serve this country.

F 'em.

Probably not.

Hundreds of former federal prosecutors say Trump committed chargeable offenses

"Among the high-profile signers are Bill Weld, a former U.S. attorney and Justice Department official in the Reagan administration who is running against Trump as a Republican; Donald Ayer, a former deputy attorney general in the George H.W. Bush Administration; John S. Martin, a former U.S. attorney and federal judge appointed to his posts by two Republican presidents; Paul Rosenzweig, who served as senior counsel to independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr; and Jeffrey Harris, who worked as the principal assistant to Rudolph W. Giuliani when he was at the Justice Department in the Reagan administration.

"It’s useful to have people step forward and tell the truth, and it’s encouraging to see some Republicans take a stand against their own president. I think this is their key point:

"'All of this conduct — trying to control and impede the investigation against the President by leveraging his authority over others — is similar to conduct we have seen charged against other public officials and people in powerful positions,' the former federal prosecutors wrote in their letter."

It's more likely not all Republicans support a psychopathic con man who found enough low information bigots to "win" the White House.

Hundreds of former federal prosecutors: Trump guilty of obstruction of justice

"May 7, 2019 12:37 PM CDT ..."

"WASHINGTON—After reading Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s 448-page report, some 375 former federal prosecutors have concluded GOP President Donald Trump obstructed justice in his attempts to derail or halt the investigation into Russian manipulation of the 2016 presidential election.

"And the latest opinion poll on the issue says 54% of those surveyed — a representative sample of the U.S. population — agree with them, while 42% don’t.

"By a 2-to-1 ratio, 57%-28%, the voters say Trump broke the law before he took office.

"But they deadlock 46%-46% of whether he committed crimes while president."

Is there any evidence that would convince you Trump deserves impeachment?
