He is stationed on the Winston S Churchill DDG81. He just got word that they will be leaving the yards in Newport News early and doing a shakedown cruise next month. I wonder why.

It was Psychobabble. Indecisive compared to his bluster of last week. he's been knocked down a few notches by Putin and Assad...and THIS was an affirmation.The speech was anything but chaotic and disjointed.
I thought he did a good job of laying it out, point by point. Maybe he should have Cliffs Notes for rw's.
