They said more than 400 insurgents were killed but did not give casualty figures for Afghan forces. A suicide bombing Saturday in Kabul, which killed at least 24 students, was claimed by the Islamic State group, a rival extremist organization.”

No not really. The Taliban met only.one condition throughout the entire time between the signing of the Surrender Accords and the Trumps order to completely withdraw. The reason he 'Flip-Flopped' is because of the generals telling him of our obligation to the Afghan Army and the fact that it would really look bad during his last week in office. Taking our forces down to 2500 from 8600 was not even in the Accords. It was a Gift to the Taliban and a giant Fuck You to all America but especially the America that voted against the Trump.

Trump was responsible for implementing the Accords and allowed the Taliban to get away with only complying with 1 condition he set. Not only did he comply fully but he also reduced our troop strength a further 70% as a show of good faith to the Taliban. That's why he bragged:
