If a police officer demands that you get out of the way, it is at his own risk. You have recourse that does NOT include you getting into a fucking fight with the police. Anything a police officer finds with an unlawful search or seizure is excluded. And, he is subject to a civil rights lawsuit.

wrong again they were found together and if the man had just obeyed instructions nothing would have happened.Because he had no reason to assume they were together.
