To Kill A Kid

Just so I have the facts straight.

Armed man, out of the blue, begins chasing unarmed 17 year old.

Armed man with gun told to stop chasing unarmed 17 year old.

Man corners 17 year old anyway, shoots and kills unarmed 17 year old.

Man with gun pleads self defense and stand your ground? Is that what happened?

No, Dweeb. As usual, you have twisted the story to fit an agenda.

#1 Martin was a neighborhood watch volunteer. He was observing a young man who didn't live in the area.

#2 Zimmerman was not told to stop following. He was advised that it wasn't necessary.

#3 Wrong again. Neighborhood watch volunteer looses sight of 6 foot tall person that is unfamiliar to him and looking into homes on the street. He returns to his vehicle where he is struck in the face hard enough to knock him to the ground. His attacker then straddles him and repeatedly bashes his head into the pavement.

#4 Yes, pretty much.

The time line established by the phone call, Martin's autopsy report, and a report of Zimmerman's injuries all support Mr. Zimmerman's account of the incident.

Clearly, Zimmerman said multiple times the kid was "running away" from him. And when you hate black kids, you see what you want to see. Zimmerman said Martin was "looking around" so that made him look suspicious? No other witness said Martin was "looking around". And what the fuck is "looking around"?????

Now, through a statement released by the National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA) — the parent organization of USAonWatch-Neighborhood Watch — it has been revealed that Zimmerman was not a member of any group recognized by the organization. Zimmerman violated the central tenets of Neighborhood Watch by following Martin, confronting him and carrying a concealed weapon.

George Zimmerman not a member of recognized neighborhood watch organization

Oh MY GAWD! He wasn't a member of any neighborhood watch? Oops.

"Looking around" = casing the joint.

OMG! TM beat on an innocent civilian.
TM died. Oops.

No he didn't - Zimmerman hasn't been found innocent yet, so you can't say either way what did or didn't happen.
The only person who could dispute Zimmermans story is dead.

Under American jurisprudence Zimmerman is innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent. You seem to have a serious misunderstanding which involves reversal of the process of the American legal system.

Just for your information and hopefully your edification, there is a lie in every trial. If li'l Trayvon were alive, his version would not automatically be 'truth.' The lie in every trial is not restricted to any one side and in this case, I think the little thug assaulted Zimmerman and earned his bullet. You wanna be in a thug, tha's just breaks.

The law is the law, and you can think what you like.

When white people "look around", they "look around". When black people "look around", they are "casing the joint".

We've been down that road before:

Remember that? White people after Katrina were "survivors", black people "looters".

Too bad Martin didn't have that option. Don't you agree?

Great choice of photos there, Dweeb. Only problem is Martin wasn't a sweet little 12 year old and Zimmerman wasn't wearing an orange jump suit.

THIS is more like what they both looked like when they met.

Ohh, picture of a kid taken at home playing dress up. Scary. At least one of these guys should be shot too.

No, I don't. So stop trying to put words in my mouth.

He was a thug. Thugs often meet with an early death. Tough shit.

How do you know he was a thug? All the jury will know is his age and that he was walking eating skittles and drinking tea. Hardly a felony.

How is what he was eating and drinking relevant?

What he was doing was more relevant than his background which will not come into trial. He didn't have a flashlight looking into people's window's which is far more suspicious that walkin with both hands holding food.

Why did Z decide he was suspicious?

Correct me if I'm wrong (I've made no conclusions about this case), but wasn't TM trespassing? Did he have his 'hoodie' up, thereby concealing his identity?

If that's true on both accounts, I think it would be reasonable to be suspicious, no?

Martin was apparently another one of those black pussies who is scared shitless if someone yells "boo". He ran and ran and tried to get away but the evil ogre chased him trapped him killed him and probably ate a few of his skittles.

I don't know this case very well. But, did his grandfather live in the complex and he was visiting him?

And, was it raining, so his hoodie was up, but if not, the kids all wear their hoodies up. It's a trend, not just for criminals.

Going back to the 911 call, there is no mention of trespassing or hoodies, but just about, "some on up to no good or something like that, the first lines...and these assholes always get away.

The 911 call is going to be a problem for Z. It painted a profiling and stalking. At least it did for me.

hey-- just make up shit. Or if you want a little more credibility you might read the evidence and report on it accurately.

If a stranger is hanging around in the dark in your neighborhood to you quick run away so you don't scare the poor guy ?

There had been a wave of crime in the neighborhood, sustained over a period of time. People were being attacked, their houses were being robbed, someone had been shot, and as a result, there was a neighborhood watch created and Zimmerman was elected the point man.

They had been calling the police but when they would see assholes and report them, by the time the cops arrived, the bastards would be gone. Fear and anxiety were high.

This little shit was a part of that. He had already been busted with burglary tools, and had been tweeting about attacking people. He wasn't tweeting about coming to fisticuffs with acquaintances over a girl...his tweets referenced random attacks on strangers.

Zimmerman, contrary to the pro-criminal press he's received, had gotten a gun at the behest of law enforcement to deal with a pit bull that was at large and had cornered his wife.

He called for help 14 TIMES before he finally shot the little puke; and he didn't shoot him until Martin had him on his back, had broken his nose, and was pounding his head on the ground. He was close to losing consciousness, and was out of options.

That is stupid. And FYI, if they make the mistake of bringing up the background on Z, then li'l Trayvon's background WILL come in. Quid pro quo.

funny strawman--I'm sure Martin is laughing about it in his grave. He was shot while fighting. Thats' the issue here.
