Harris is very good at babbling and talking in circles, leaving you wondering what in the hell she just said.

I disagree. If she was really very good, you and I would think she actually SAID something (meaningful). Maybe even kinda agree with her, or at least see her point. Instead, I think she is merely only very good at babbling utter rhetorical nonsense to stupid people who just THINK she said something (they probably fill in the missing parts with their own suppositions of what they hope she said).
