No they haven't been constitutional, that's why a Federal district court judge had to slap him around. These people had visas to enter this country and were detained at airports all across this country.

Many of his executive orders involve taxpayer dollars, like the WALL that congress would have to approve first. If they don't approve it, there will be no WALL.

Impeachment is a political process, not a legal one with broken laws and so forth. The legal part is that the Court has said the impeachment process must be followed as per the Constitution.
