Trump is making a mistake, keep the hard working family oriented Christian immigrants and deport the Progressives

Can't pass such a law, and if it were, it would be put on hold then thrown out by the courts.Easy to do, anyone renting to an illegal loses his house or apartment. They would be gone within a year.Silly Trump dream. Can't do it. Does not have the money. Does not have the infrastructure. Does not have a plan.

Obama has gave presidents power they has never had before. It can be done and it would get rid of illegals within a year. Can't pass such a law, and if it were, it would be put on hold then thrown out by the courts.Easy to do, anyone renting to an illegal loses his house or apartment. I'm not a lawmaker, so I can't conjure-up such a plan on short notice, but, as a citizen, I can see the need for such an approach....Okay. Give me one realistic plan how to accomplish your items 1 to 10...
Americans....1. Who? will clean your toilets, agricultural farm, convalescence home, wash your car, cut your grass, janitorial etc.?...
We got along just fine without Illegal Aliens before they came here, and we'll get along just fine without them, once they're gone.
Putting teeth into those laws includes penalties for acting as a 'front man' for Illegal Aliens, naturally....2, 3 & 4. House, Cars, bank accounts of illegals are own by someone's name that are legal or US citizen...
Nope. Wire-services merely need to ask for proof-of-citizenship or legal-resident status, before allowing such transfers beyond our borders....5. You have to close banks and post office and telephone systems...
All licenses. Pick one. Drivers licenses. Marriage licenses. Professional licenses. Fishing licenses. Whatever....6. What licenses?...
Nope. I'm proposing that we deny educational services to those who cannot prove American citizenship or legal resident status. Try to keep up....7. You are saying deny American citizen kids from going to school? Great...
Nope. It's OK to provide life-saving and life-stabilizing emergency medical services, and contagion-prevention services, but nothing else....8. You let them die in their houses? Deny ER services and let them die in front of hospital? Not even a third world countries will allow that to happen....
Yep. Do-able. And easy, with an Administration that is manifestly hostile to Illegal Aliens and their Anchor Babies....9. Good luck but doable...
Actually, the easiest of all....10. Impossible...
Sure there is....There is no such thing as self deportation...
We just haven't witnessed the idea in practice - yet.
Self-Deportation = the establishing of conditions sufficiently onerous so as to compel Illegal Aliens to return to their countries of original voluntarily, quickly, at their own expense.
Their problem, not ours....Go back to their country when there's nothing for them. Not even food...
And, are you trying to sell us on the idea that there is no food in Mexico, et al?
Sorry... No Sale.
And, if we establish conditions sufficiently hostile, legally, to Illegal Aliens, then there will be nothing for them here, either.
Their problem, not ours....You make it sound that you migrated to Syria then you got kick out. I'll go back to America. That will work well for you but for these people it doesn't work that way.
Their government is responsible for their well-being, not us.
We take care of our own.
They need to start doing the same.
mexico has the right idea....
mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican society:
- Foreigners are admitted into Mexico “according to their possibilities of contributing to national progress.” (Article 32)
- Immigration officials must “ensure” that “immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents. (Article 34)
- Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets “the equilibrium of the national demographics,” when foreigners are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” when they do not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and when “they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy.” (Article 37)
- The Secretary of Governance may “suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest.” (Article 38)
Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article 73)
- A National Population Registry keeps track of “every single individual who comprises the population of the country,” and verifies each individual’s identity. (Articles 85 and 86)
Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:
- A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).
- Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article 116)
Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:
- Foreigners who sign government documents “with a signature that is false or different from that which he normally uses” are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)
- Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)
- Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 118)
Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says,
- Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico — such as working with out a permit — can also be imprisoned.
- “A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally.” (Article 123)
- Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico instead of being imprisoned. (Article 125)
Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered criminals under the law:
- Foreigners who “attempt against national sovereignty or security” will be deported. (Article 126)
- A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)
- Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. (Article 132)

Stop wasting bandwidth. Everybody knows the toughness of the Mexican immigration law. Are they really applying these law? Heck no.
In reality it only mean dog shit. As I explained the reality before these are just crap.
Noted....ALL of them are not being realistic. Just a bully opinion. Just FYI Anchor babies are not just 2 or 3 yo. These are adults US citizens with families of their own just in case you didn't know.
Mexico does an excellent job of deporting illegals who cross their southern border.
if that is true, i must ask, how did so damn many OTM's get here by crossing OUR border ?
The "fantasy scenario" is (1) Trump will be elected and (2) the illegals mass deported.I see...just make up any fantasy scenario..no matter how outlandish and pretend it is valid...No need. Trump won't be elected. If so and he trries it, you will see the greatest CR movement in our history. The people who will be active will greatly dwarf your group. You will witness a states' right movement by the states to oppose it like you have never thought possible. It will complete the bluing of FL, NC, VA, CO, NM, and AZ, which will the Dems a permanent majority.brace yourself. The comedic runabout from the 'deport illegals' amazes the logical, rational mind. Not going to happen.
Ok..I can play, too..if trump is somehow cheated out of the election, you'll see all those states and a few more secede....
people are sick and tired of okey doke career politicians slap fighting and pretending to be "different" than each other...
The American people are very tired of the far right nativists' hatred and violent rhetoric.
No one cares what is Mexico's border security rules.
That's the Pulp Fiction version, anyway....The "fantasy scenario" is (1) Trump will be elected and (2) the illegals mass deported...
You confuse hatred with the need to repel an invasion of 12,000,000 Illegal Aliens....The American people are very tired of the far right nativists' hatred and violent rhetoric...
You Leftie-Internationalists think the same way about our own borders and security in connection with Illegal Aliens....No one cares what is Mexico's border security rules.
The great majority of Americans will not allow the nativists to have their way. Watch.
Done it many many times. The only thing you need to enter Mexico is the quarter it takes to put in the turnstile."undocumented immigrants are presumed to be innocent"
Sure, if you cross the border without authorization you're innocent. Try entering Mexico that way...
We have identified the problem: the far right nativists.
Not the issue at all. The issue is we need an immigrant reform bill, a better border presence, and business hiring reform.Do you believe that Americans have National Sovereignty? We have identified the problem: the far right nativists.
