Trump: "Our military is a disaster"

I know it really chaps your liberal asses when George W. Bush receives constant respect and praise from the military and veterans.
it should chap the ass of everyone.

what did he do for the military?

Showed them respect, unlike the Clintons and Obamas.
by sending them without proper equipment to a war of choice.

and the obamas have never been disrespectful

Proper equipment? What is proper equipment? Are you talking about the body armor sold on the open market that had never been tested for the military and was not compatible with other equipment?

Unless you were military, please stop talking out of your backside about things you think you know about.
how about the body armor they shoukd have been issued? the armored vehicles?

our military fid not have the equipment necessary for the occupation of Iraq because bush was too ready to send them off on a war of his choosing

GRAMPA MURKED U SAID:

"Two countries we controlled completely now falling into the hands of terrorists."

Wrong.

Two countries we illegally invaded – two failed, illegal wars started by a republican administration – gave rise to the terrorism that now exists.

We had no business being there, we have no business to be there now, consequently republicans are in no position to whine about the state or condition of the military.

Afghanistan was a direct result of 9/11. You cannot be this dumb to think otherwise. We already were in Iraq since 1990. Operations Northern/Southern Watch...

He treats them like horse shit... It's his progressive nature. There's a reason why military folk mostly never vote for progressives...
you keep saying that, but saying it doesn't make it true
The numbers don't lie, commander asshat is... exactly that.

Yup, Like Bush when he DID send them to Iraq...

But Obama DID take them out, they should be thankful...

I doubt all the Christians lying in mass graves in Syria and Iraq are thankful.

His approval in the military, it sucks ass.

Will there be any outrage from the usual crowd over Trump's disrespecting our military?

I doubt it - he's not a Democrat.

Disaster is Trump's favorite word. And if he ever became president, that word would become synonymous with the name Trump (as in, the Trump disaster).

He would certainly be a disaster for the Democrat party. For one thing, the inflow of Mexicans and Muslims to replenish the ranks of those who have gotten older and wiser would come to a full stop.

perhaps, but nobody seems to be able to say why that is

Gave rise to the terrorism that has existed since civilization rose.
There wasn't terrorism internally under Saddam. And Saddam didn't export terrorism.
You know who does export terrorism? IRAN

IRAN
Yup. They were doing it under Reagan, under Bush the Greater, under Clinton, under Bush the Lesser, under Obama.

It has nothing to do with who is POTUS, which Party they are from, or whether we invaded Iraq or not.

So what is your point?

They weren't doing it under Carter when the Shah was running things.

It is what it is, progressives will never understand, their patronizing of our armed services since the sixties will always be remembered, its a military thing Obama will never understand...

How many of those aircraft are mission ready? I heard on the news last night that 50% of the AF's fighter fleet are not combat ready.

Only 43.8 Percent of Military Identify As Republican, Down From 56 Percent In 2005

The number of military servicemembers self-identifying as Republicans is up slightly from last year’s 41.49 percent to 43.8 percent. But that number is still down more than 10 percent from 2005, when 56 percent of active duty service personnel identified as members of the GOP, according to the Military Times’ annual poll.
The military is also less conservative than it was seven years ago.
In 2005, a total of 50 percent of respondents described themselves as “conservative” or “very conservative.” The next year that number fell to 44 percent. And in 2012 it hit 42.72 percent, making it slightly more popular than the next most popular group, “moderate,” at 41.54 percent.
Seven years ago, only 33 percent identified themselves as moderate.

Less Than Half Of The Military Identifies As Republican

doesn't seem like the Republican lock on the Military vote is there anymore!

That's hardly surprising since Obama is purging the military of Republicans. He's also making it so any self respecting person of military age wouldn't want to join the military.

Actually, it's following the trend of the rest in the right wing....they seem to be disappointed with congress Republicans as well....

Ya, you love christians in Syria so much all right...

Trump: "I will defend Saudis, for the right price..."
Saudis: funding ISIS to torture, rape and behead christians...

Wonder what would do to the christians in Syria if you hated them...

Many in the military are like my son while he served. He was not a registered voter and was vary apolitical, especially after 2009 when Obama took office. Apparently being a conservative is bad for your career.

Not true? The body armor that we had in 2003 was heavy and not as effective as the newer body armor, Humvees were NEVER designed to have armor and when it was added the performance suffered so badly, we had to rush development of MRAPs to replace them.

Please stop talking out of your ass! Have some self-respect!
