Each argument at the trial court level would require numerous legal briefs to determine if supposed illegal act was or was not an official duty of the President. None of this is cut and dried as you make it out to be.

Same as ever before. The executive branch is NOT a "king" like the meltdown on Twitter is saying bc he has to answer to the Court and to Congress. They would both step in.
