Also, since running for President is not a Constitutional or inalienable right, barring Trump does not violate his rights in any way.

It violates the citizens right to vote for their candidate of choice.

They can and they did pass a law that requires the SoS to have hearing on all challenges that a candidate is unqualified to run for office.
