so you don’t really understand copyright lawDid you get paid to sing his song, moron?
Sounds about right.Several threads on trump's silly trading cards, but none mentioned that he didn't even bother to get permission to use all those copywriten images. Some were from NASA, some were from Shuttrstock, and some were from various other sources, but regardless of where they came from, he made no effort to get permission to use them. Just another example of how trump thinks he can do anything he wants to do with no repercussions, and he's not smart enough to keep people around to tell him when he is breaking the law. Considering his past behavior, it's doubtful if he would pay any attention to warnings even if he received them.

Did they tell you he stole them yet?
So far- no one has said the accusations are true.
If so, it was lazy, wrong and stupid.
If not, it's just another thing y'all screamed about for no reason.
It's not as if he left a young woman to die in an upturned car, after all.
thanks to trump and the gop ending the demafasict obamacareLOL, yeah, Health care costs have gone down. LOL There are more options than ever. LOL
Yep, allegedly he just Prostitutes his image and does not own it.You're aware that Trump just sold the rights to this name and likeness to a separate company for these cards.
"NFT INT LLC is not owned, managed or controlled by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, CIC Digital LLC or any of their respective principals or affiliates. NFT INT LLC uses Donald J. Trump's name, likeness and image under paid license from CIC Digital LLC, which license may be terminated or revoked according to its terms."
If NFT INT LLC did what you are saying, then the issue is with them not Trump.
Why anyone bought these things is beyond me, but their content isn't Trumps fault.
i sang Kenny Rodgers in the car today too…i bet his estate is gonna come get me! hahah
y’all are desperately sad

-------
According to the fine print of the website selling the Trump images, the proceeds won’t go to his campaign. Instead, they flow to NFT INT LLC—a company that, also according to the fine print, Trump does not own or control. It simply uses Trump’s name and likeness through a licensing agreement with another (likely Trump-affiliated) company, CIC Digital.

without any proof, I personally suspect he does own the company and this other company is just a front somehow....
Otherwise, why do it? After announcing run for the Presidency? There is more going on behind the scenes, imho.
But even if I'm wrong, he's just selling himself for just a percentage agreement, he still would be one of the ones accountable for copywriting infringement, his own lawyers should have reviewed or insured such.... not happen, before making an agreement to sell his clients image....
