There is Precedent, and precedent always holds up in court.If democrats wanted to impeach they would have done it the normal way so as to eliminate any kind of accusations of process violations.
There is no normal process. There is no constitutional rule prescribing any process in terms of the House procedures on Impeachment. None.
The House is to vote in Bi-Partisan fashion on the rules governing any Impeachment Proceedings. As it stands now, The President and The Administration does not have to comply with any requests from these powerless committees, because Congress as a body did not vote them "Impeachment Powers"
When The Constitution said "Congress has The Power" they meant Congress as in "The Body" not 3 people sitting in a committee chairmanship.
That violates Separation of Powers.
In other words, you are conducting yourselves like Nazis and everyone sees this and knows this. Prepare for a lot of pain and disappointment in 2020.
