1. Strengthen its educational system
2. Get businesses and innovators to form or move there.
3. Strengthen its tax base

Last spring I flew into Chicago on my way to the East Coast. I had never witnessed the Great Lakes before. I couldn't believe how big they actually are.

There's 3 classes of people in America today
1. Bums and low lives that have a culture of violence = Detroit's problem. These people don't care about anything besides their shallow self's.
2. The educated, innovators and scientist....These people make the wheels move in this country. = most of the moderates in this country Certainly a large percentage democrat and some republican.
3. The hicks that are also low educated and want little of what the moderates want. DIFFERNT cultures and ideas in life from 1. but pretty much hate everything about 2.
