USA: Fighters Joining ISIS Decreased By 90 Percent

ISIS hast lost its attraction to the Islamists in the world. ISIS is now only receiving 200 new foreign fighters per month, previously it was 2000. Also, 1500 - 2000 fighters die each month, the Pentagon said.

Actually they are. But recently they got a "pay cut". It's the Obama economy. Side benefits of being on the ISIS payroll is you get to beat your wife, rape infidel and apostate women, and are able to have mutiple wives.
