WAR On WOMEN By Republicans

2. Sonia Sotomayor’s “wise Latina” comment

Sonia Sotomayor is, unfortunately, a Supreme Court justice. We say “unfortunately” because she is a racist.

Here’s what she said: “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would, more often than not, reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

If you don’t think that’s racist, then just imagine if we wrote this: “I would hope that a white male with the richness of his experience would, more often than not, reach a better conclusion that a black woman who hasn’t lived that life.”

What would Chris Matthews say about that statement?

The simple fact of the matter is this: Sonia Sotomayor is a racist. She was placed on the Supreme Court by our current President, the liberal Barack Obama.
She qualified herslf as a "wise" latinia, which you did not do in your reversal of roles, and she was speaking of a hypothetical case in which a group of judges confer to reach a decision. It is expected for them to have different opinions. They always do.

Do you have an example of Sotomeyer reaching a racist decision?

No, I thought not.

It's utterly racist, you dumb fuck. Only a racist would attempt to defend such a remark.

Indeed. I'm late to this Bullshit conversation, but did not Sotomeyer not list her "qualifications" as a "Wise Latina"? Now, if I'm not mistaken, when someone's ONLY qualification for the highest court in the land is that she's a "wise Latina" - she is basing her entire experience on her own racism.

In other words - she got her job because of her race - and little more. Merely placed on the SCOTUS to fill some ridiculous "quota" by the current Thug in Chief.

Imagine Sandra Day O'Connor stating that she was qualified because she was a "wise white woman". The Nazi Left would have gone absolutely crazy.

3. Barack Obama calling his grandmother a “typical white person”

There’s plenty of evidence that Glenn Beck should never have apologized for calling Barack Obama a racist. First, Obama spent 20 years in the church of a racist hatemonger named Jeremiah Wright. He also appointed a racist named Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court (see the previous point).

President Obama has exhibited stereotypical views of the white race. As the Bible says, “out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.” Obama made the abundance of his heart clear in a radio interview he conducted back in 2008: “The point I was making was not that my grandmother harbors any racial animosity. She doesn’t. But she is a typical white person who, uh, if she sees somebody on the street that she doesn’t know there’s a reaction that’s been been bred into our experiences that don’t go away and that sometimes come out in the wrong way and that’s just the nature of race in our society.”

A “typical white person”?

what is a typical white person left-wing nutjob?
He was talking about white people who fear groups of young black men.

Just my observation, but I believe this message board is riddled with typical white people.

good one doofus; what then about the words of Black people who say they also fear groups of young Black men?

sellouts right?

you're a joke

oh and of course you feel this message baord is riddled with "typical white people"

because you're no doubt the typical Black bigoted hypocrite

anybody can Google leftard; check this out:

1. Gay rights mafia members calling African Americans the n-word after the passage of Proposition 8.

Back in 2008, then Presidential candidate (and African American) Barack Obama inspired many African Americans to come out to the polls to vote for him. In the wake of this historic election of the first President of his race, one might think that most people, especially liberals, would dispense with racially charged language.

However, when Barack Obama was on the ballot in California, so was Proposition 8, the measure that banned gay marriage in that state. It was widely reported that blacks came out to the polls in droves to support a black a Presidential candidate, but those same blacks voted overwhelmingly in favor of Proposition 8.

This didn’t sit too well with the gay rights mafia. At one Prop 8 protest, the n-word was used to described an African American. Aside from the racial epithet, homosexual haters could be heard saying things like “disappointed with black people” and “most black people hate gays.”

Bad on them.

By the way, how many of them are prominent Dems? I'm guessing none.

Try comparing leaders to leaders.

you're guessing; and scratching and clawing for relevence; in your lame defense of left-wing hypocrisy

idiots and hypocrites

yes i do leftard; her "decision" was that a Hispanic woman would come to a "better conclusion" based on nothing but the idiotic assumption that here merely being Hispanic means she has has "richer" expierences than a white man who "hasnt lived life"

what is an idiotic set of parameters like that worth nutjob?

yea; i didnt think so
No. Her example was aspirational: she hoped that she would be wise. Not racist. The qualifying word is "wise', which you keep leaving out of your argument. I suppose Rush's original one did too.

Horrors!

Then what was the point of adding the qualifier "Latina" to the sentence? If it wasn't relevant, she shouldn't have said it. However, she was trying to say the Senate should approve her precisely because she is a Latina. In other words, she's a racist.

I'm not really guessing. What I'm saying is, if they were pominent Dems, you would name them. But you can't.

Just as, alas, I can't name the republicans who booed the Iraq war vet during the primary debate.

But I can name the number of republican candidates who chastised those boo-birds!

That was 0.

Did confirmation hinge on her being found a racist? Obviousely not, as she received the majority of white votes at the senate.

Which senators found her to be a racist?

A higher proportion of Republicans actually voted to confirm her than did Democrats on Alito. That must indicate something!

I dared because I backled it up with quotes.

you didnt back up anything race-baiting left-wing loser; you took the quotes of two people; and painted a whole party with them; a whole group of women

you're exactly what you are trying to lecture about; a race-obsessed loser and hypocrite

you can't be taken seriously
Do you really think I'd make that assertion with quotes from only two Republican women?

The whole of Republican women can be broadbrused until it rids itself of racist spokesmen. You are judged by the company you keep.

It is impossible to whitewash the sayings of Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham, Sarah Palin, and even Megyn Kelly. And I can google all day to get more.

Could care less what a baby killer, Islamist appeaser, tax moocher person and his whole party think. See how that broad brush generalization thing works asshat? You've been appropriately negged for being a moron.

just like the loser you are; getting your butt handed to you so you add qualifiers

I expected your neg more than I expected a logical argument from you. And I was correct in doing so.

And "caring less" is is quite contradictory of leaving a neg.

But I don't neg. I do care. And I'm a responsible debater.

I don't know how to break this to you, but that first line is a bit patronizing.

Or did you think you needed to man 'splain it to me?

Its almost like they consider women this giant monolithic block, with no variations in view, all lockstep with the progressive agenda.

Kind of like how they think of black people.

they do the same thing to black people, homosexuals, now they're working on the brown people

you see they aren't INDIVIDUALS to a Democrat...they are seen as groups who can't make it IN LIFE without them..

that's why I don't why anyone would belong to party who see's them as nothing but VICTIMS...it's offensive

most Hispanics dont buy the bullshit that the Democrats feed them...they know they are looked as votes not people.....they know the "Elites" of the party dont want them moving next door.....they get that....they dont have a lot of Respect for the party and many of the people who run it....its the "Lessor of 2 Evils thing....

No doubt the liberal echo chamber can repeat their war on women stories endlessly, each one quoting the other, repeat as necessary.

So far, the only confirmed kill in the war on women is from democrat Teddy Kennedy.

It appears PoliticalTorch gave himself the wrong nom de plume. He should have called himself GiganticBlowhard.

sounds like a Dean wannabe....

I'm glad to hear that...and I would bet a lot of them don't take to kindly watching Obama and his party try to give Illegal immigrants the privilege of Amnesty for doing nothing but invade our country, while they worked to go through the proper channels

way to go Obama and progressive/Democrats..such a fine job you're doing FOR THE OTHER PARTY

the made her a loser once lets hope she loses big time and she THEN can thank all her base for their fickle loyalty and passing her up the FIRST TIME....If I were her I'd tell them to go to hell, but she loves power too much so I doubt that will happen
