This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump - helped along by Aras and Emin.

What do you think is the best way to handle this information and would you be able to speak to Emin about it directly?

The thing “of value” must be actual money, or its transferable equivalent, not a volunteer of services or information. Otherwise, if volunteering information in coordination with a campaign constituted donations, everyone from John Harwood to Chuck Todd (and maybe all of CNN) made millions in donations to the Hillary campaign.

Why Donald Trump Jr. is Innocent. Period.

BUT if you really want to believe in the solicitation angle which Trump Jr. didn't do then absolutely and positively everyone involved in paying for the Russian informants for the Steele dossier from the Never Trumpers to the Democrats who paid Fusion GPS would be guilty of a crime.
