When references are made to institutionalized racism, this is what is meant.

What?? Do you think I'm trying to trick you? Where's the sleight of hand?
Re-read your post. If you can't figure it out for yourself I can't help you. Just keep in mind the subject matter is discriminatory hiring practices for applicants with equivalent credentials.

Nope. They have separated themselves from America and increase that separation daily. They invent another language, adopt another national anthem and have created separate organizations for every facet of life. It is obvious that there is no interest in assimilation.
Do you believe all this would have come about if they had been treated as equals for the last 3 centuries?

And since the beginning they have been treated differently. Ever hear the term separate but equal, Jim Crow, Plessy v Ferguson, Brown v Board of Ed.?

Are you of the belief that racism ended when the Civil Rights Act was passed?
It kinda did.
Or when Obama was elected?
And that was the beginning of some new racism that was not around from the time of The Civil Rights Act until then.

Foisted upon America by a man with no Black American blood whatsoever.

I think Americans have every right to make up their own mind about who they should hire

Given all the negative stories about blacks in the media why accept a bigger risk if it can be avoided?

We should not be forced to hire people who are illiterate or promote someone who is less proficient at their job?
So you advocate using hiring criteria based on “stories”

Interesting

And you have already stated that it’s not that blacks are necessarily illiterate or less proficient… but rather your warped perception that they are.

You have said that two “equal” candidates , one black and one white, are not actually equal because they only APPEAR to be equal because affirmative action has made it seem so.

And you see no problem with your position

Oh you mean before there was ever a United States? Maybe treated as equals by the African hunters capturing and selling tribesmen. They were! It all depends on whether your tribe was doing the capturing or not.

No one was discriminated against in the survey. Fake applications were sent out to hundreds of employers, and they were able to discern and dispose of the fakest of the applications, where the fake applicants also faked their race, at a significantly higher rate.

Not surprising at all.

The more fake you are, the easier you are to see through.
There is ZERO evidence that any of that is true

Which is a necessary business practice.

The federal government itself has confirmed that blacks are less literate than whites in Louisiana where Georgia Pacific was forced to hire black people who cant read and write

Hey you know, using fake social security numbers is a crime..

And social security numbers are required on job applications..

I don’t know that that is true. They are required during the hiring process but on applications?

Or the black firefighters in Hartford Conn who could not pass a test for promotion?

The public depends on them in the most extreme emergencies and they dont know what they are doing?

Why does it only happen to black people but not koreans?

Document your claims. Start with Georgia Pacific

Are you suggesting employers are clairvoyant, allowing them to discern someone's sexual orientation from a name?
No, we are saying they won't take even the slightest risk. So they say no from the beginning.

This is the result of stupid lawsuits that corrupt judges and courts allow to go to trial.

Notice what the feds say

Not me, the federal government

Blacks are less able to pass a literacy test than whites
