Classified information can be something you know. If you put it in writing you create a classified document.

When you listened to that testimony, what were you smoking? Since you can't follow a video, do I need to type exactly what was said? Comey did not say the emails were erased in transfer, what he said is that they "might" have been lost that way, he could't be sure.
