2 if she did, it was her business and not her own personal loan she took for education knowing full well the terms and conditions.

It was a grant program passed by the Democrat controlled Congress to provide relief for employees from the pandemic caused by Biden's Chicom buddies. You know who the Chicoms are don't you? They are the ones that made the Biden family filthy rich.

It was only a "loan" in the sense that if the employee protection criteria was not met then the money had to be paid back.

The student loan has different terms and conditions and a different purpose.
