Zone1 Why are whites, who are supporting a man with 91 felony counts to be the President of the country, trying to comment on black culture?

The African American community is largely dependent on money and benefits provided by the larger community, the majority of which is White. White people pay the vast majority of taxes at all levels, and the Black descendants of enslaved people pay far less of a percentage of the total taxes paid than the 12% or so that they represent in the general population. Hence, in a very real sense, the general population is "supporting" much of our Black population.

Accordingly, it is entirely appropriate that the general population look closely at the factors that cause Black Americans to be such a drain on the nation's finances. Why do they drag down public education, especially in urban areas? Why do they collect public benefits in proportions much greater than their portion of the genpop?

The reason is not racial discrimination. Obviously not. American Blacks are in worse shape now, economically and relatively speaking, than they were in the days of "Jim Crow."

SOMEBODY needs to "comment on Black culture," because Black people themselves just don't seem to "get" that their plight in this society is a self-inflicted wound.

Thank God for the millions of Middle-Class Blacks who provide an example of what can be done if you play by the rules...(a) get as much free education as possible, (b) get a job and keep it, and (c) don't have kids unless you are married. Too bad that lesson doesn't seem to be heeded in numbers sufficient to make a difference.
Actually what you say is not true. What whites have today is bulit on our backs. White corporations exist because we spend money on their products. White banks hold the majority of the 4.8 trillion dollars blacks have in wealth. If we take that 4.8 trilion out, there will be great damage to white businsses, investments and communities.

Whenever the conversation is about race, inevitably we get a whitebread lecture about how blacks should do things. History shows that perhaps whites making those types of comments take a real long look at what actually was done. Whites, specificallly those on the right don't want to see us really do that. Because doing so would include creating laws to outlaw the right for whites to own propwrty and guns, make it illegal for whites to educate themselves, and passing laws making whites less than a full human being for reresentation ini congress and then make white human beings our property do do oour labor without pay. These are just a few things right wing whites to consider before they run their mouths because there are many more, and none are good.

So it's time whites like you stopped repeating your third paragragh. Whites don't have what they do because they played by the rules you state. Whites have what they do because for 245 years the made us work without wages, while collecting both profits and diividends from securities baced on the ownership of slaves, then for 100 years they excluded us from high wage jobs and paid us less on all other jobs. Today blacks still get paid less even when we have the exact same credentials as the whites we are competing with. It has been shown that a black family can live next door to a white family living in the exact same style of house, and the black owned property will be appraised at a lower value.

Once again, your post shows your ignorance. What drains our nation is the racism of whites like you. And if you don't think so:

When you don't know what you're talking about, you really should not say anything. Blacks speak because we have receipts, not feelings. Whites don't take care of jack shit, and your questions don't apply to most of the nation. We are not worse off today than we were during Jim Crow, that's another racist meme used to defend a return to Jim Crow.

50 years after the Kerner Commission Report, the Economic Policy Institute published “50 Years After the Kerner Commission,” a study comparing what blacks faced in 1968 to what conditionsexisted in 2018. They concluded that there had been some improvements in the situation blacks faced, but blacks still faced disadvantages based on race. Here are a few:

African Americans today are much better educated than they were in 1968 but still lag behind whites in overall educational attainment. More than 90 percent of younger African Americans (ages 25 to 29) have graduated from high school, compared with just over half in 1968—which means they’ve nearly closed the gap with white high school graduation rates. They are also more than twice as likely to have a college degree as in 1968 but are still half as likely as young whites to have a college degree.

The substantial progress in educational attainment of African Americans has been accompanied by significant absolute improvements in wages, incomes, wealth, and health since 1968. But black workers still make only 82.5 cents on every dollar earned by white workers, African Americans are 2.5 times as likely to be in poverty as whites, and the median white family has almost 10 times as much wealth as the median black family.

With respect to homeownership, unemployment, and incarceration, America has failed to deliver any progress for African Americans over the last five decades. In these areas, their situation has either failed to improve relative to whites or has worsened. In 2017 the black unemployment rate was 7.5 percent, up from 6.7 percent in 1968, and is still roughly twice the white unemployment rate. In 2015, the black homeownership rate was just over 40 percent, virtually unchanged since 1968, and trailing a full 30 points behind the white homeownership rate, which saw modest gains over the same period. And the share of African Americans in prison or jail almost tripled between 1968 and 2016 and is currently more than six times the white incarceration rate.

Richard Rothstein of the Economic Policy Institute then wrote an op-ed, “50 years after the Kerner Commission, minimal racial progress.” Bsed on what he compared, Rothstein stated: “So little has changed since 1968 that the report remains worth reading as a near-contemporary description of racial inequality.”

You see, the general problem whites in America have, specifically on the right, is they believe they are infallible and can never be wrong. You claim that discrimination is not the problem. And what is that based on? Your feelings. Because it's damn sure not based on lived experience. The problem today is the same as it ever was, and your post shows how it is in high definition.

The root cause of the problems backs face is white racism

A root cause is the fundamental reason or factor that causes a problem..

White racism is part of white culture. And that is what whites like you need to comment on and shut your racist ass up about blacks.

so they aren'[t crimes? trump's lawyer says that every businessman cooks the books like trump did. is that true?
The case should never have gone to court and WOULD NOT have gone to court if we had a true justice system. It was a total sham based on a dead misdemeanor well past it's state of limitations. Manufacturing 34 separate fake felony counts out of ONE dead misdemeanor is a complete travesty of justice that the Supreme Court MUST make right.

Just how blind are some people in the white community? We see that millions are hoping for a man to be the President of this country who has been indicted on 91 felony counts, making comments about the problems in back culture. WTF?

In 2020 blacks led in arrests in 2 categories in the Uniform Crime Report, murder and robbery. I am not going to pretend this is a good thing, but let’s look at the arrest categories whites led in:

Rape, Aggravated assault, Burglary, Larceny-theft, Motor vehicle theft, Arson, Violent crime, Property crime, Other assaults, Forgery and counterfeiting, Fraud, Embezzlement, buying, receiving, and possessing stolen property, Vandalism, carrying, possessing, Weapons, Prostitution and commercialized vice, Sex offenses besides rape and prostitution, Drug abuse violations, Gambling, Offenses against the family and children, Driving under the influence, Liquor laws, Drunkenness, Disorderly conduct, Vagrancy, All other offenses (except traffic), Suspicion, Curfew and loitering law violations.

But we get comments abut black culture as if white culture is the blueprint of perfection.

The jury is still out whether American Black people are a NET BENEFIT or a NET LIABILITY to America. There is no question Black people have made contributions to the development of America but there is a whole lot of baggage that comes along with the benefits.

Are you telling me that juries are always right? How many Blacks and American Indians have been found guilty by a jury only to find out years later they were WRONG? C'mon man wake up.
I’m not telling you that at all. I’ve served on several. You have to decide the outcome based on the evidence and nothing but evidence.

No, you post ridiculous bullshit. You are the master of "baffle them with bullshit" because that's all you are capable of.

Here's a suggestion. Stop posting walls of text. No one reads them. If you want to carry on a discussion, break out each individual point you want to talk about.

Don't cry, because there is nothing taunting about this.

White privilege allows a man convicted on 34 counts to stay out of jail and be nominated for President of the Repubican party. And that's a sad reflection of white culture.

LOL! A white man posting about somebody being entitled.

You must be a comedan.

If you believe that you have never served on a jury. I have served on a number of juries and a criminal grand jury. In almost every case I had had to fight to keep jurors from ruling based upon statements BY THE LAWYERS, not the evidence presented. Statements by lawyers are not evidence and a lawyer can literally tell nothing but lies in his opening and closing arguments and its legal. That's ONE of the things that happened in the Trump trial. The prosecution repeated over and over again in their closing statements that Trump had committed election law violations that he had never even been charged with, let alone convicted of, and that the judge refused to allow the defense to call an expert, a former chairman of the Federal Election Commission, to explain that no laws were broken.

Good thing I keep kosher! Between that video of the mass assault at the Red Lobster and this one at The Crab, it is clear that seafood turns people into deranged, combative trouble-makers.

Stick with salmon, I aways say!
