We have radicals killing for no reason. I am surprised that the left hasn't at least protested the killing of gays even though they aren't concerned about the killing of Christians. And the unprovoked attacks on Hebdo and the Texas cartoon convention are signs that radicals have become emboldened. And, yes, those attacks were unprovoked. Disliking a cartoon or being offended is NOT being provoked. It is pure evil and intolerance. The answer is not to remain silent. If they got their way and silenced any criticism of their religion, they would simply move to the next step, which is praising their religion, then practicing their religion. That is why we need to stand firm on freedom of speech. It's not us who needs to change. It's they who need to get the message that they cannot slaughter people simply for disagreeing with them.
