Why Hayek was Right About Nazis Being Socialists

I was looking at our universities the other day, and I noticed something was missing.

hitler-podium-2.jpg

"Herr Göring", I said. "We do not have enough Negroes in our universities! We must put into place an affirmative action plan to correct this terrible situation."

Heil multiculturalism!!

But I was just getting started!

"I want homosexuals in the Wehrmacht first thing in the morning!!!", I said.

Heil diversity!!!

That is the point when I saw two dangers approaching. Previously, I did not truly understand their names or their importance to the German people’s existence. Their names were Marxism and Jewry. - Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf

This is sufficiently illustrated by the absurdity with which they are treated by the left. One lets them talk and laughs at them. But a man who in this world does not succeed in being hated by his adversaries, seems to me of little value as a friend. Therefore, the friendship of these people was not only of no value for our young movement, but even harmful. -Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf

And here Hitler talks about tards who think he's a leftist:

How often we shouted with laughter at these stupid bourgeois cowards, in the face of the intelligent guessing at our origin, our intentions and our goal !

We chose the red color of our posters after exacting and thorough reflection, in order to provoke the leftists by this, to bring them to indignation and to induce them to come to our meetings, if only to break them up, so that in this way we were at least enabled to speak to these people. -
Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf

The fact that we had chosen red as the colour for our posters sufficed to attract them to our meetings. The ordinary bourgeoisie were very shocked to see that, we had also chosen the symbolic red of Bolshevism and they regarded this as something ambiguously significant. The suspicion was whispered in German Nationalist circles that we also were merely another variety of Marxism, perhaps even Marxists suitably disguised, or better still, Socialists. - Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf

Worry about Canaduh.

You have no influence here

I am worried about living next door to a meth lab waiting for you fools to destroy yourselves.

Millions of you fuckers will head for the border the moment it happens and we don’t want you. I live less than 30 miles from the border so I have a vested interest in you people not destroy yourselves.

This is a discussion of NAZI Economics, having nothing with their social agenda.

Hitler offered slave labour to German industrialists, helping build his war machine. You might try reading William Manchester’s book “The Arms of Krupp” which details how Hitler worked hand in glove with German industrialists to their great profit, and ultimately downfall.

Alfried Krupp and Gustav Halbach were 2 German industrialists tried at Nuremberg.

You need to have some knowledge of history to oppine on any of this stuff intelligently, but then you don’t have sufficient knowledge of history to oppine on anything intelligently.

Aren’t you ever ashamed of how ignorant you appear to the rest of us? I guess you’d have to have some sort of self-awareness in order to have shame.
I have a severe reaction to that alleged analysis based on the poster immediately leading an attack on the poster she replied to. She parades herself as the god a mighty expert and essentially is telling a famous economist how full of crap he was. She thinks as the Nazis thought she and only she is famous enough to know what Socialism really is. But her aim is not so much anti Nazi as pro socialism.

Nobody cares. Old and worn out

When you say “nobody”, in reality, you mean members of the Trump Republicans. The hate and the cruelty of Trump’s most devout followers is a feature, not a bug to his fascist cult.

To normal people, whose family members fought and died to erase that ugly Nazi symbol from the face of the Earth, we will never vote for anyone who stands up for that flag

“Never again” aren’t just words on a bumper sticker and the Greatest Generation isn’t all dead yet.

I said nobody. Get used to it

You don't influence anyone

When the famous economist Hayek declared the Nazis were Socialists, who are we to tell the story that he was wrong? fdom spoke of this in clear terms.
Just like when Trump declared he had the biggest inauguration in history. Who are we to tell Trump he was wrong?

Right?

Can you point out anywhere where I have claimed expertise? I have merely pointed out that in the light of history you’re famous economist was wrong. Not only did I point out where he was wrong. I posted links to n historical facts proving he was wrong.

Lots of famous economists have been found to be wrong in the light of history. Milton Friedman being only the latest.

And then you again, try to twist my posts into somethings they were not, which is a defence of Socialism, which is a topic for another thread.

All you have done in your responses to my posts is to attack me personally and not the links or the facts which I posted.

You’ve provided absolutely no evidence that Hitler was a socialist other than your already debunked OP.

You’re weak and pathetic attempt to discredit me instead of my posts are proof positive that you’ve lost this argument. And special thanks to G5000 who has also supported debunking the OP with his links of further writings by the economist, proving that the OP’s writings were taken out of context.

Unless you have anything further to prove your OP, I think we’re done with your useless ass.

Everyone cares that Nazis were and are right wing.

Just you ignorant cucks try not to care because you are allowing Nazi ideology to creep into your own belief system.
That is not accurate at all. Why are you fighting what a famous economist reported on the Nazis?

I've read The Road to Serfdom. I think I even did a book review of it on here a long time ago. I've certainly made references to it in some of my posts.

I don't recall Hayek ever claiming the Nazis were left wing.

That's probably why the author of your three year old link doesn't quote Hayek saying so.

As I showed above, Hitler himself claimed to be anti-Left. He mocked the Left. Why are you fighting the words of the man himself?

You are attacking me for commenting on reasons why you are wrong to attack other posters over comments they made. Now you resent the wheel of justice being used against your words. And you mock the reports by Milton Friedman yet are not able (you now claim to not be the expert here) correctly analyze Milton Friedman nor are you capable of correctly analyzing Friedrich Hayek, who by the way lived under the Nazis for some years, and you have not.

Now to the part of the article she refuses to discuss.

"
In fact, the Nazis had a utopian vision for the future; it began with their notion of German race purity on the basis of which they rejected the older Prussian idea of aristocratic and class hierarchy. All “real” Germans were equal and were to be given opportunities for education, occupational and professional advancement as the means by which they could make their contribution to the high good of the German people as a whole.

That Nazi egalitarianism was limited to only those “real” Germans possessing the racial characteristics that guided their ideological thinking, with Jews classified as the lowest and most treacherous of race enemies, does not change the fact that they, too, were “utopians” with social equality goals, but only for those within the “in-group.” This was nothing but a variation of the Marxist theme that the world is divided into irreconcilable social classes, with the “capitalists” being the inescapable “class enemies” of “the workers.” And as in the Soviet practice, they and their children were stripped of all rights and opportunities, and made into permanent pariahs to be reeducated to serve “the building of socialism” or liquidated.

It may be a notion of a utopia that both Granieri and I would reject, but for many in the Nazi leadership and among the wider German population at the time, it was believed in and worked for, no matter reprehensible it may seem to others, certainly today when we all know what its outcome was in full practice. This is what made it a “national” socialism rather than an international socialism. "

Maybe because 'left wing' is an idiotic phrase, devoid of meaning.

The whole point of this "because socialist!" bullshit is to try to paint Nazis as left wing.

It's idiotic.

You have to be profoundly stupid to bleev Nazis are left wing. Especially after reading Mein Kampf.
