Well the one I posted has 1.3 million and growing it will take a while and then you have to buy land owner's property and they are going to want a pretty penny and construction costs will be higher and then you have to hire employee's then you have to pay payroll taxes on those employee's, workers comp etc. I figure I will be dead before this gets off the ground as many on this board and that donated will be.
