Should an indictment be brought against Hunter Biden, would it be justifiable to assert that a Department of Justice, which is willing to prosecute the son of the President, is engaging in a "witch hunt" against the President's political adversary?
Hunter Biden is more than the total opposite of Joe Biden's "political adversary". He's the son.
Or, would it suggest that the DOJ has merely uncovered evidence of wrongdoing on the part of both Hunter Biden and Donald Trump? I would appreciate your thoughts on this matter.

In Baldwin's case, it was the evidence found by the prosecutors, that indeed he could not have pulled the trigger as the revolver had been modified, which cleared him of the allegations.

Plenty of famous or wealthy people do go to prison for crimes they have committed.
