A challenge to our liberals re: the “crime” the NY County DA may indict Trump on.

Hahaha

Poor guy

No, you didn't whine and cry your way to outsmarting the district attorney.

Sorry.
Nor did I try nor did I whine or cry. That’s your behavior.

And the question about what the prospective charge might be (if there even is one) is as yet unanswered. And the question about whether any such criminal charge is brought in a timely manner is also as yet unanswered.

Your ignorant ass guesswork remains irrelevant. 👍

But Biden and Clinton and Obama sure can.
The difference being that none of Clinton, Obama nor Biden summoned, incited and aimed a mob to assault Congress... your Orange Baboon-God DID.

And for that he goes down... one way or another... so long as the criminal-legal action lies and remains within the laws of the United States and good faith.

Falsifying business records is a very safe bet. I'm watching to see if they're going to go after the felony.
It’s a shit bet. You still fail to recognize the probable statute of limitations problem.

The felony version of that crime (ie, 1st degree) probably doesn’t apply.

One felony version of that crime is committing it to cover up another crime. Which seems to be exactly what happened.

He falsified business records to cover up a illegal campaign contribution.

Come on son, this isn't rocket surgery.

No. It doesn’t apply. There was no crime being covered up.

It has nothing to do with any campaign contribution.

For you it isn’t even underwater basket weaving.

You remain absolutely wrong.

Yet you do not understand the statue of limitations. Trump residents was Washington DC for 4 years. Those 4 years do not count into the deadline computation. So there are only 3 years that have past. They have 1 more year to move this to the next stage or the statue of limitations will end.

Be informed
The law as posted says nothing about residency. It says the accused has to CONTINUOUSLY stay outside the state for the entire five year statute of limitations period. Trump made many visits to New York state during those years. The reason for the extension is that the accused can only be served in New York State.

. Sure there was. An Illegal campaign contribution.
There was no illegal campaign contribution.
His personal lawyer went to federal prison for it.
Not why he went to prison. Shyster Cohen pled guilty to 8 counts. The fact that the US Attorney spun a funny story, and got the sniveling scumbag to cop to such a crap plea doesn’t mean that it is valid. Nor does it mean that Trump did it. Cohen did it
BTW, the penalty for that is minimum one year in State prison.
Wrong. There is no mandatory minimum on NY State non violent felonies. By the way.

Sorry, you're not interprting it correctly. A few days of visiting do not stop the clock. It just pauses.

Also, Gov. Cuomo paused the clock on all SoLs, in March of last year.

*except the one that Cohen went to federal prison for.

It appears you're wrong again. You have quite a streak going!

Not why he went to prison.
Wrong again! He indeed pled guilty to two crimes regarding the illegal campaign contribution: one count of causing an unlawful campaign contribution and one count of making an excessive campaign contribution.

Streak... unbroken!

There is no mandatory minimum on NY State non violent felonies.
And the streak ends.

I will take your word on that one.

That’s funny. Farty pretending he knows how to interpret anything. :laughing0301: :auiqs.jpg:

If one is not “continually” out of the state, the exception Farty pretends exists doesn’t.

Which I explained before is the subject of actual legal dispute. Farty doesn’t like to mention such things.
