Meanwhile, there is no misdemeanor that would survive a motion for dismissal based on the statute of limitations. And it’s not as certain, but it pretty apparent that no felony charge will survive a motion to dismiss on that same basis (if there even is an indictment).

Maybe. Bragg ant even obliged to have told Trump’s lawyers what “crimes” are being contemplated. My hunch (for a number of reasons) is that he is compelled to try his hand at a NY State tax law “crime.”

That’s the only charges Bragg could prosecute. He might secure no indictment at all. But that seems a bit like a stretch unless the grand jurors decline to play his game.

READ the Testimony of +/- 30 republican witnesses working in his administration and elsewhere in the States, and readwhat his lawyers did...Eastman, Ellis, Wood, Giuliani, Powell etc etc etc....
