Not that simple. Passing a law does not make it Constitutional ... which is why liberals are so pissed right now.

I think he is saying House Dems should pass a similar version of one of those blue state "abortion up till the moment of birth and possibly after it" laws and see how well it plays out.

The tragedy of all this is if the abortion rights people had given in just a bit and agreed to a European style 20 week limit on birth control abortions, this may have been avoided.

Now you end up with the nuclear option, and the NARAL/NOW people have earned it good and hard.
