Donald Trump is not only at or near the top of every current GOP candidate poll, but has among the most loyal base of supporters. Dr. Carson’s current standing (and I say this as a fan of Mr. Carson on a personal level) is far more similar to the “here again gone again” cycles seen during the 2012 Republican primary race that had a series of candidates...
