Just because one might be a porn star payoff and another something different, they are both campaign finance law violations. But, we do have a precedent where John Edwards was playing loose with campaign finance law violations regarding payments to women, the DOJ themselves decided not to pursue the case. So, makes me wonder why the state of New York thinks they can arrest someone for something the DOJ had previously decided to let go when it was a Democrat.
