The “Party of Democracy” has bypassed the democratic process and installed Kamala Harris without an election

The US Constitution is silent on how private associations conduct their affairs ... The Democrat Party is free to present anyone they want to the States for the printed ballots ...

Iowa doesn't have a primary election ... party operatives choose the delegates ... and it's the delegates who vote for party nominee ... a representative democracy ... like our government, but not government ... if you're not a register Democrat, then you have no say ...

Politics at it's finest ... don't like it, don't vote ...
All correct.

Just don’t try to lecture anyone on the democratic process if you’re a proud democrat.
Did Trump attend Cruz's rallies or Haley's? Of course not. That's not a requirement of endorsement from a candidate that drops out.

Thus, your standard is more meaningless nonsense.

Every primary has candidates drop out and release their delegates to vote for another candidate. Every primary, every convention, both parties. And its the same process if its 50 delegates, 500 or 2500.

Y'all are just apeing an empty talking point that you demonstrated you don't give the slightest shit about just last week. When Haley released her delegates to Trump.

If it wasn't a problem then, it isn't a problem now.
Trump won a democratic process by a vote from the people

Harris has not. Yet, she’s being declared as such, and being supported as such.

You’re way off in your attempt here. You make no sense

Trump won a democratic process by voting

Trump didn't win Haley's delegates by voting. Nor did he win Cruz's or Rubio's in 2016.

All of those delegates were released to him by the candidates that dropped out and endorsed him.

The process is identical now. Biden dropped out. And he's endorsing another candidate. Exactly as happens in every primary, every convention, both parties.

She's the presumptive nominee because she's garnered the support of a majority of Biden's delegates, after Biden dropped out and endorsed her.

She'll become the actual nominee if those delegates actually vote for her at the convention. Delegates for one candidate voting in the convention for another after their candidate drops out.....is normal at GOP and DNC conventions. It happens every primary. Including the GOP convention last week.

And the process is identical if its 50 delegates, 500, or 2500.

And? You have a point here?

Trump only became the GOP nominee when the GOP delegates selected to nominate him.

Harris will face the DNC and the Democratic party delegates to the Democratic convention.

Voters do not actually guarantee a candidate becomes the nominee. Lots can happen at a party convention.

try keeping up

better yet, learn how to stfu about things beyond your education level.

But, but, but Hunter's laptop!!!!!!!!!

MAGA isn't really interested legality or policy. Ask them how Trump intends to lower inflation. They'll babble about the Secret Service. Or "Lawfare". Or some random conspiracy involving put options and Black Rock.

The republcians aren't a party based on policy anymore.

Trump didn't need their delegates because he won enough for the nomination, Stupid.

Commiela won ZERO

The Democratic process includes a party convention.

I remember people with fewer votes challenging candidates with the most votes. It's a party convention. Their rules, their convention.

Parties have their own -- gulp -- primaries and or caucuses. Civics 101: The parties decide who the nominee will eventually will be.

LOL

The process is identical if Trump 'needed' delegates or if he didn't. A candidate drops out and endorses another. For 50 delegates, 500 or 2500. Its the exact same process.

Biden dropped out. And just like Haley did last week, he's endorsing another candidate.

No panty shitting required.

So you admit it's all about the party convention and the delegate count. The party convention where anything can happen.

thank you
no, it's about the people who voted for the delegates he won. WON!!!!!! Called a democracy primary!!! people actually voted!!!!!!
