As for laws again the California shooter bought all 3 of his firearms from licensed dealers. He went through 3 background checks waited 10 days on each purchase and was limited to a 10 round magazine so he bought 41 of them. Further his parents called the cops on him and they did not check the data registry nor send him to a shrink, all they did is speak to him for a couple minutes and then stated he seemed like a good kid.

ALL the laws you claim are common sense exist in California yet they do not work. So I ask AGAIN what more do you want?

The laws I mentioned are federal laws. Any state laws will be above and beyond that.

I do not have blind faith in corporations. But I also do not condemn them without at least some evidence. You see that there are numerous guns on the black market and you make the leap of assumption that the gun corporations are involved. That is called nonsense.
