CNN Sues.....

Acosta should be charged with a misdemeanor Battery.
I'm sure the Authorities will appreciate the doctored video presented by the WH as "evidence". :71:

Doctored my ass. I saw it live. The second someone puts hands on someone against their will, that's a misdemeanor Battery. Includes spitting on someone too.

So the Intern should be be arrested for assault... She is the aggressor...

Simple, if I have something in my hand and someone comes to grab it (ownership aside), they are the aggressor.

She reached in and tried to pull the mic out of Jim's hand. Actually she was so forceful it slightly imbalanced Jim, he quickly corrected himself and said 'Pardon me mam...'. she knew she went too far and sat down...

Acosta didn't own the microphone. A representative of the owner was taking it from him and he resisted.

You left wing fucktards saw exactly what Acosta was doing.

He was grandstanding. If every single reporter in that room did what he was doing, it would never end.

Acosta defined the Caravan for Trump.

He wasn’t asking genuine questions, he was arguing.

Acosta is an open borders asshole who wants the Constitution ignored.

Fuck him, twice
Acosta was doing his job.....you silly deplorable trumpanzees will never get that Freedom of the Press does not just mean when the press asks or says things you like.

Acosta was not denied the right to write whatever he wanted to. Thus, no freedom of the press violation.

If that’s his logic then he is stuck with the intelligence and maturity of a grade schooler. Actually I know many grade schoolers who learned those lessons a long time ago.
And, he is applying the same grade-schooler standard applied by his opposition, the Alinsky disciples. Ends justify the means. Nothing is off the table for the communist left. They should get some of their own medicine.

Acosta's new seat in the White House press room will be back row, far corner, and he'll never get called on for another question.

So is that your position as well? Tit for tat is ok because Dems deserve a taste of their own medicine?

Go CNN. Go Acosta.

Here's the premise for the suit:

CNN sues President Trump and top White House aides for barring Jim Acosta - CNN
"""........
The code of federal regulations states that "in granting or denying a request for a security clearance made in response to an application for a White House press pass, officials of the Secret Service will be guided solely by the principle of whether the applicant presents a potential source of physical danger to the President and/or the family of the President so serious as to justify his or her exclusion from White House press privileges."

There are other guidelines as well. Abrams said the case law specifies that before a press pass is denied, "you have to have notice, you have to have a chance to respond, and you have to have a written opinion by the White House as to what it's doing and why, so the courts can examine it."

Verbally sparring with the POTUS doesn't exactly fall into these guidelines.

Trump is going to lose this.

.

This is just fucking pathetic. Trump has every right to chose who to give press passes to.

Yes he can, when he's a private person. When he's the president giving a press conference yes he can but to a point.

He has to show that person is a threat to the president or his cabinet and people in the room. It has to be officially done in writing too. The person or news outlet has the right to appeal.

The first Amendment is very clear.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.[1]

I've been a member of that press that trump hates so much for a very long time.

Of course the President can control who is in the room. There is only so much space and only so many reporters get the chance to be there.

This is just stupid whiny shit.

Acosta was not banned, he lost his permanent press pass until further notice. He is still fully capable of standing in line with all of the other reporters who do not have permanent press passes. Freedom of the press has not been abridged in any way.

The White House press briefing room does not have the space to allow all reporters who wish to attend briefings. The permanent pass is a privilege, and not a right.

So is that your position as well? Tit for tat is ok because Dems deserve a taste of their own medicine?
My position has always been to fight fire with fire. This is not a game where sportsmanship is noble. This is motherfucking WAR and the commies are trying to take over.

Wrong, this is motherfucking America and we should act like we are on the same team. Douchebags like you and Trump and Pelosi like to fuel this petty divisive fight as we snowball beyond the gutter with this childish tit for tat fake tough guy attitude of fighting back. That shit will never end and will only further the problems that exist within our government. Grow up

For folks thinking the individual assault on the White House intern by the CNN fake news guy, the CNN fake news guy has been behaving in an unhinged manner since The Donald won the election in a landslide. CNN fake news Jim "Stormy" Acosta is anti-1st Amendment! It would be hilarious if the Creepy Porn Lawyer represents the new "Stormy." :p

I don't think they intend to bar Acosta permanently, just give him a timeout. They should let him ask a question and a follow-up but not let him hold the mic.

I disagree. What Acosta did should result in a permaban.
And....what did he do? Ask questions that tiny trump didn't like......that's what.

He hogged the mike and refused to allow other reporters to ask questions. Then he committed battery on a young, female intern.

Trump was looking for a fight when he took the podium, because he's so fucking butt-hurt from losing the House.
So of course he's extra rude to Acosta and CNN and wouldn't answer Acosta's question.
Acosta persisted and held his ground.
Trump is not his king or master.
You think he is, but there are still some of us who think he's supposed to be SERVING this country, not turning it into a 3rd world banana republic.

If you want a state-run press with Sarah Sanders as editor, you're going to get it.
And THEN you're going to find out what fake news is really like.

Whatever the narrative needs to be to get your way, right?

Trump is a Nazi?
Huh? Stop following the shiny object and stick to the subject. You can do it. What about my statement do you agree or disagree with?

EJM.

Fuck Acosta.

Is that clear enough for you?
No, it’s not clear. It has nothing to do with the conversation. Sounds like you got no substance behind your argument so you are resorting to pure emotional outbursts. You hate Jim Acosta, we get it, but your feelings are irrelevant.

My substance is Acosta is a lying grandstanding POS and his credentials should have been removed long ago.

He gave an opening. It was taken.

Jim isn’t a journalist.
If the White House wanted to remove Acosta for grandstanding or interrupting then there is a process for that. You don’t lie and make up charges to get rid of somebody. And there’s also the fact that Jim was and is always called on by Trump and Sanders to ask questions. Did you ever think about why? They love the war, it’s feeds the low IQ puppets like yourself who need an enemy to hate. You are being played.

I notice you and JIM are on a 1st name basis-)

As far as your statement, then tell all these nice people why YOUR SENATORS fabricated a rape narrative to get rid of Justice K-)
