American college students took out loans and signed contracts promising to repay them. "President" Biden wants THE TAXPAYERS to repay those loans, because he thinks he can buy the votes of those students who have failed to pay. What difference does it make how he tries to do it? The President lacks the power to discharge financial obligations to the United States. That is a legislative prerogative.
