And he did refuse to exit the vehicle.on a stop for that traffic offense....in violating of SCOTUS ruling Wilson vs Maryland.

Cop stopped him for flipping him off...BUT the cop was smart enough to be sure he waited until he saw a legitimate (albeit minor) traffic offense to initiate the stop.
