CNN has a good mansplain of the Bragg indictment. Basically Bragg has to prove Trump KNOWINGLY covered up the payments to avoid another Federal crime that he didn't mention in the indictment. To transform the misdemeanors into felonys. Never gointg to happen. But the MSM is giddy anyway.
