If a mother killing her own unborn child isn't wrong, then really, is anything wrong?

Shared society, shared consequences. Hence a secular society with laws based upon the principle of right and wrong.
And it is wrong to interfere in a woman's pregnancy: society does not share it nor its consequences. It's the individual who should make the decision, not the state.

PS: an abortion is neither moral or immoral, no right or wrong. It simply "is."

You have rationalized it so you can sleep at night thinking you are a good person.

If politicians and judges get it wrong, it is up to us, the American people to make them understand.
The American people, as you call them, want abortion to be legal. They don't want the government forcing women to carry a fetus to term against their will.

When during pregnancy do most abortions occur?

The vast majority of abortions occur during the first trimester of a pregnancy. In 2021, 93% of abortions occurred during the first trimester – that is, at or before 13 weeks of gestation, according to the CDC. An additional 6% occurred between 14 and 20 weeks of pregnancy, and about 1% were performed at 21 weeks or more of gestation. These CDC figures include data from 40 states and New York City, but not the rest of New York.

Anything else on your mind?

Common sense tells us that every life form is unique one of a kind.
And so. why do you want government to deprive women of liberty when they refuse to take the risk of giving birth to a unique one of kind human life form after erroneously getting pregnant.

Unique or not she is not endangering the public tranquility in any way by requesting a doctor or pharmacist to assist her with an abortion. 92 percent of abortions occur before the public could ever know if a woman is pregnant.

No, just that if life in the womb has no human rights then it's just property. Common sense, really.
New unique life in the womb has human rights in the womb in most cases unless the potential birth mother chooses to terminate that life in the womb She is the only one who holds absolute autonomy over the life in the womb and she gets to decide whether or not the life in the womb gets to develop all the way to live birth.

As long as that new unique life is alive in the womb it has human rights as much as all of us did when we were a new unique life in the womb

Even if the woman is on her way to the abortion clinic, no one has a right to harm or interfere with the unique new life in the womb.

The science is limited to human life begins at conception and that that human life is a one of a kind that has never existed before and will never exist again. That's the science.
Every life is one of kind that has never existed before and will never exist again, so what? :dunno:

Abortion is evil but war and crazy people owning guns are still OK. The "pro-life" crowd tends to cheer instead of condemn when there is an excuse to bomb other nations.
