The brochure says that 'resettlement agencies' would be responsible for giving migrants money and services. Apparently there are no 'resettlement agencies' available in Martha's Vineyard even though it is in Massachusetts that does have such a program. Is Martha's Vineyard not part of Massachusetts anymore? OR did the Martha's Vineyard 'officials' just dump those migrants on Cape Cod?
