Totally agree. I am certain by now I have been exposed to Covid but I focus on staying healthy, getting outside exercise and taking zinc and vitamin C. That is the best anyone can do IMO. ....and work out, eat healthy....if you're obese, try to lose weight. Obese people did very, very poorly with Covid and Americans are obese. I don't blame Americans because for the most part our food sucks. But covid is STILL ongoing and health officials knew this was an issue early on. If people wanted and knew, they could have lost lots of weight. Even a little weight helps though.
