"Judge Sullivan, who denied leave to file amicus briefs when he knew third parties would have spoken favorably of Flynn, now solicits briefs critical of Flynn," independent journalist Michael Cernovich wrote on Twitter. "This is a violation of the judicial oath and applicable ethical rules."

It appears Sullivan, who viciously rebuked Flynn in court based on the lies presented in court now doesn't want to simply drop the case and walk away with egg on his face.

Flynn was tricked into pleading guilty simply to get him behind bars. The FBI investigators admitted Flynn never lied, but the Obama prosecutors threatened him and said they would put him in prison for the rest of his life, and threatened to do the same to his family if he did not plead guilty. The Obama FBI withheld evidence that exonerated Flynn and railroaded him into pleading guilty, newly released documents showed. His lawyers simply used this newly released evidence of prosecutorial misconduct to force the DOJ to drop charges. Barr had nothing to do with it.
