True, wonder what the jury’s going to think
It was, but what Trump did was an attempt to invalidate what happened at the ballot box. He had no evidence of fraud, but created fraud by submitting a slate of false electors. No, the fight should be at the ballot box.
Your deluded interpretation is not even a little deal in MAGAland. Why? The Constitution suddenly not such a big deal in MAGAland?
And GA and FL and NY! Is that a laughing matter?A jury from DC?
You have to ask??
If what Trump attempted was illegal...why did the Democrats do it in the past?It was, but what Trump did was an attempt to invalidate what happened at the ballot box. He had no evidence of fraud, but created fraud by submitting a slate of false electors.
The relevance of the 14th Amendment has been raised by people more Constitutionally astute than me, some were even Federalist Society conservatives!Your deluded interpretation is not even a little deal in MAGAland.
Although the POS Democrats have tried every other underhanded tactic...so wouldn't put it past them in the banana republic states with people shitting on the sidewalk and stealing in broad daylight.
You know...the Democrats Socialist utopias.
I’m sure his lawyers will bring it up, but neither case pertains to this one.If what Trump attempted was illegal...why did the Democrats do it in the past?
And why did Congress change the law AFTER the election?
And GA and FL and NY! Is that a laughing matter?
Unlike what would happen should Trump win in 2024, your side will burn everything down. Right now you're using the corrupted power of government to get your way, if that doesn't work, then you will take to the streets to riot like the pigs you are.
Just another way to smack Republicans. What a douchebag.Let's give credit to the Trump supporters.
As Donald Trump has surrendered for arrest 4 times in the past few months, the Trump supporters have not gone to the streets to stop the judicial process. A potential first step to over throw the American system; the American government.
Unlike Jan. 6th, when supporters tried to stop the government process to ratify the 2020 Presidential election.
The fight should happen within the system, in the court system. Trump will have the opportunity to fight against the charges in court. He will have his advocates to present his side and the final decision will be made by a jury of his peers.
Let's also give credit to the American system, as set up by the founding fathers, which stopped those trying to override our sytem on Jan. 6th. Another, potential, first step to over throw the American system. Other Trump supporters learned what happened to those who tried to stop a congressional process.
Cool!Yes.
Aka...never trumpers. The relevance of the 14th Amendment has been raised by people more Constitutionally astute than me, some were even Federalist Society conservatives!
