Massachusetts: This Is The Nation’s Toughest Gun Law

“Now that we have a standiing army, we don’t need a 2nd.”

“Fear of a standing army brought us the 2nd.”

“There’s nothing in the 2nd about a standing army.”

“No shit. See your first idiotic statement about a standing army.”

Only well regulated militia may not be Infringed when it concerns the security of our State or the Union.
Argument by Gibberish and Repetition. Fallacy all day.
well regulated militia of the People are clearly declared Necessary. the unorganized militia of all of the other ones, are not declared Necessary.
Gibberish and Repetition fallacies....again.
not competent enough?
Tired of destroying your bullshit arguments only to have you repeat them with no counter argument. You have been destroyed.

Keep up your repetative gibberish.

Is that something out of the constitution in the Judge Dredd universe?
What does DC v Heller paragraph (2), mean to you.
Does it matter what it means to me? If you don't like my answer, you'll start writing versions of the court case that don't exist outside of your imagination. Just like you do with the second amendment.

And no, I'm not digging up court cases for you. YOU quote it if you want to discuss it.
it clearly states, well regulated militia are not infringed when dealing with the security needs of a free State, unlike the unorganized militia.
Where does it say that? Go ahead and quote it.
Our Second Amendment is Express, not Implied. Nowhere is the unorganized militia declared necessary.
...which does absolutely nothing to make the right of the people to bear arms go away.

There is a reason that none of his arguments are used in front of the Supreme Court, because it would get laughed out of court. He claimed he was going to change the Electoral College, now the 2nd Amendment, I doubt people can’t quit laughing after talking with him.

From now on, all responses to danielpalos, and is ad nauseam fallacy statements should simply be:

"...the right of the people shall not be infringed."

Just repeat that shit over and over for 500 pages.

Since we now have a standing socialist army - that alone makes the 2nd Amendment obsolete
Except for the fact that the fear of a standing army is the VERY reason we have a 2nd amendment.

Funny. I don't see that mentioned in the 2nd Amendment.

That's because you're a brainless parrot.... Here, here are the words of the Founders as to why the 2nd exists...

"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed, as they are in almost every country in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops."
- Noah Webster, An Examination of the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution, October 10, 1787

"This may be considered as the true palladium of liberty.... The right of self defense is the first law of nature: in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Wherever standing armies are kept up, and the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction."
- St. George Tucker, Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England, 1803

"What, Sir, is the use of a militia? It is to prevent the establishment of a standing army, the bane of liberty .... Whenever Governments mean to invade the rights and liberties of the people, they always attempt to destroy the militia, in order to raise an army upon their ruins."
- Rep. Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts, I Annals of Congress 750, August 17, 1789

"f circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens. This appears to me the only substitute that can be devised for a standing army, and the best possible security against it, if it should exist."
- Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 28, January 10, 1788

Thank you.

I have already posted that about 10 times in this tread alone, it seems.

Maybe that's the leftist commie agenda at work. Just wear us down until we get tired of responding to the nonsensical bullshit.

That’s his MO, just keeps repeating lies, he is just a troll.

We can even mix it up, dan palos style:

"The Shall-NOT of infringement of the Whole People's right to keep/bear is absolute and unequivocal."

"The Necessary of Non-infringement of Arms Bearing and of the Whole People keeping shall be aright."

The Militia is declared Necessary, the right of the people to keep and bear arms are declared not to be infringed.

There ya have it Son.

lol. just right wing propaganda or y'all would have supreme arguments and not merely inferior arguments for even any superior court.
