Mueller Violated Manafort's Constitutional Rights

George Papadopoulos faced 5 years and $250,000 if fund guilty at trial. He plead guilty facing between zero to six months and $500 to $9,500 fine, depending on how he cooperates.

The more he cooperates, and he could walk away with only a $500 fine.

Some speculate he was "wired" by the FBI to gather more collusion evidence. Which explains why his arrest and guilty plea was kept secret.
So again...NO EVIDENCE of Trump collusion.

'Speculate' he was wired? Again, no evidence.
- So this guy was another attempted set up by the leftist out to get Trump...mlike how Obana overrode his own Dept of Immigration to get the Russian lawyer into the US, wired the meeting pmace in advance, and placed Obama's personal ex-FBI Russian translator in the room?

Bwuhahahaha....

1. The defendant, GEORGE PAPADOPOULOS, who served as a foreign policy
advisor for the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump (the ??Campaign?), made material false
statements and material omissions during an interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigation
that took place on January 27, 2017. At the time of the interview, the FBI had an open
investigation into the Russian government?s efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election,
including the nature of any links between individuals associated with the Campaign and the
Russian government, and whether there was any coordination between the Campaign and
Russia?s efforts. The FBI opened and coordinated the investigation in Washington, DC.
Why did no one know who this guy was when the story broke?

Make it good..... :p

Defendant PAPADOPOULOS acknowledged
that the professor had told him about the Russians possessing ?dirt? on then-candidate Hillary
Clinton in the form of ?thousands of emails,? but stated multiple times that he learned that
information prior to joining the Campaign. In truth and in fact, however, defendant
PAPADOPOULOS learned he would be an advisor to the Campaign in early March, and met the
professor on or about March 14, 2016; the professor only took interest in defendant
PAPADOPOULOS because of his status with the Campaign; and the professor told defendant
PAPADOPOULOS about the ?thousands of emails? on or about April 26, 2016, when defendant
PAPADOPOULOS had been a foreign policy adviser to the Campaign for over a month.

What do you suppose Mueller is offering Papadopoulos to minimize his time in prison?

We also know that papadopoulos has been singing like a canary for over six months. And Mueller kept it all secret.

Until now.

"Lie for me about Trump and I will drop the charges?"

:p

Mueller has NOTHING, and he is hoping someone will give him what he does not have - EVIDENCE AGAINST TRUMP! :p

Warrant was wrong, and 'evidence' not covered in the warrant was collected...

...which means everything, included the evidence and indictment may be thrown out...

Did Mueller’s Team Violate Manafort’s Constitutional Rights? They May Have.

Ever hear of a NO KNOCK search warrant-- Mueller convinced a Federal Judge that if Manafort was warned of their coming he would have destroyed evidence--so they obtained a no knock search warrant and raided his house in the early morning hours. The only time Manafort knew they were there was when they knocked on his bedroom door.
With a Picked Lock and a Threatened Indictment, Mueller’s Inquiry Sets a Tone

So NO Mueller didn't violate the law.

Ok, let's say that's what Mueller asks of Papadopoulos, though I seriously doubt he would -- now what do you suppose Papadopoulos will tell him... ?

LOLOL

Riiiight ... nothing at all. Nothing but an employee of Trump's who sought to illegally obtain "dirt" from a foreign national for Trump's benefit.

Mueller doesn't leak.
Really?! Then how did his sealed indictment get leaked to CNN? Mueller just demonstrated a trick he obviously taught his protege Comey. :p

That could have come from anyone in the court. We had no clue WHO was named, or what was in the indictment, information Mueller had. But we only knew that an indictment was sealed by the judge.

A court clerk seeing the sealed indictment for instance could have leaked what he saw.

It also shows the Trump campaign knew about the stolen emails in April 2016. Trump Jr tried to get them in July 2016, the same time Donald J. Trump announced there would be a big announcement the following week.

And Roger Stone, another Trump associate, knew about it too....

Does anyone else notice the dates ?

How retroactive is it reasonable to say that any and all communication of a foreign policy agent with anyone in Russia became "treason"? Just wondering.

Mueller didnt have anything to do with it besides presenting the evidence. A Grand Jury issued the indictment based on his evidence.

poor old easy takes up tons of space being too stupid to understand our system.

He was never an 'advisor'. Hw e was an un-paid vilunteer nobody whose guilty plea gas nothing to do with Trump or non-existent Trump collusion.

Paul Manafort was a Trump volunteer too.

Trump is also unpaid. So are Jared and Ivanka, I believe. They're all just a bunch of incompetent volunteers.

Funny how Trump has so many unpaid volunteers in his campaign and administration.

Funny how Hillary never seems to able to remember anything.

Well, we are in agreement. The Mueller investigation is only investigating crimes.

The count so far...

One guilty plea
Two indictments.

That we know of. We didn't know about the Oct 5th guilty plea of Ex-Trump Adviser George Papadopoulos until 3 weeks later.

Right, three weeks later just before voting. The dog and pony show couldn't be more obvious.
