Parler CEO Says Parler May Be Offline Longer Than Expected -- Why Didn't We Let The Free Market Decide???

And then everyone on Twitter and Facebook can claim the left views is the only view because the right views were silenced, while ignoring the fact the right views were silenced.
Go ahead and pretend that every conservative has been kicked off Facebook and Twitter. Go ahead. Tell me that's what's happened.

Are you going to do that?
If one voice is silenced that is to many, you should make up your own mind and not be “protected” by others who have your best interest at heart.

BLM and anti-fa resulted in property damage injuries and death over the summer, why aren't all of them being banned?
Because they don't believe in crazy shit like the Democratic Party is run by a cabal of cannibal pedophiles.

Show me the post that hasn't been taken down that specifically calls for violence.

Here's one from Parler:
“We are coming with our list we know where you live we know who you are and
we are coming for you and it starts on the 6th civil war... Lol if you will think it’s
a joke... Enjoy your last few days you have.”

You telling me Amazon shouldn't be allowed to refuse this kind of rhetoric to be served to the internet on their hardware?

Sorry, but I thought it was about the violence and being associated with it. Thanks for just admitting it isn't about the violence but about the content. You lose.

Here are six videos of Democrats calling for violence or physical confrontations that are still active on Twitter

How is letting parler do what it wants forcing Amazon to "support" it?
If the messages exist on their server, being accessed by other people from their hardware, on the infrastructure they built, they are supporting it.

This is literally the definition of support. Parler is suing Amazon saying they have no choice but to support it and they want to use the courts to make this happen.

No, they are not, section 230 specifically says they are not, and gives them legal cover for it.

So again, Amazon "supports" scat fisting fat fetish leather three way porn?

No, they are not, section 230 specifically says they are not, and gives them legal cover for it.
Section 230 says that Parler can't be held legally accountable for it. It doesn't say they can't be held accountable by AWS.

Sorry, but I thought it was about the violence and being associated with it. Thanks for just admitting it isn't about the violence but about the content. You lose.
Jesus, pathetic. No one in those videos was actually advocating violence.

Here's what that actually looks like: “Death to @zuckerberg @realjeffbezos @jackdorsey @pichai.”

Yes they were, confrontation, get in faces, get in the streets.

Your statement doesn't include death to anyone, just threats, same as the others.

So there are no Death to Trump posts floating around facebook or twitter for days?

Parler CEO Says Parler May Be Offline Longer Than Expected -- Why Didn't We Let The Free Market Decide???

The free market DID decide, and Parler was a huge success. Then Big Tech decided it didn't like the competition and free market and stepped in pulling the plug on America.

Clearly, we need government regulating social media so that it doesn't block Trump. That's the main thing.

Yeah, because a death threat is the same as saying "get in someone's face".

Delusional. Show me the posts calling for Trump's death that are still up. You tried once and failed. Second time?

Here's another death threat from Parler: “Fry’em up. The whole fkn crew. #pelosi #aoc #thesquad #soros #gates #chuckschumer #hrc #obama #adamschiff #blm #antifa we are coming for you and you will know it.”

I notice you aren't linking them, why?

Violence is violence, why is the left getting a pass and not the right?

ANSWER IT YOU GUTLESS COWARD

It also says AWS can't be held legally accountable, and thus they have no reason to think they "support" it.
The fact that they can't be legally held accountable doesn't mean that they don't support it. These posts are literally present on their servers. That's literally what it means to support something, to make it possible for these posts to be read across the internet.

Furthermore, want to see section 230 go away? Don't moderate the violent threats that culminate in riots on your platforms. AWS has a little more foresight than you geniuses in seeing that whether or not they have liability today doesn't mean they never will.

But more to the point, AWS just doesn't want to help this kind of human trash and you want to force them to do so.

Why aren't I linking posts from Parler? Is that a serious question? The site is down.

Violence is violence. Getting in someone's face isn't actually violence. Show me the posts that call for the death of Trump that aren't moderated off these platforms.

Go on. Just one little "death to Trump" post.

Here's another from Parler: “On January 20th we need to start systematicly [sic] assassinating [sic] #liberal leaders, liberal activists, #blm leaders and supporters, members of the #nba #nfl #mlb #nhl #mainstreammedia anchors and correspondents and #antifa. I already have a news worthy event planned.”

You haven't responded to my comparison to some pretty extreme porn. Is that because you can't answer it without lying or revealing what a fucking hack you are?

You dont have a first amendment right to use a private platform if you break their rules of conduct.

"Parler has gone offline after Amazon withdrew its support in the wake of the deadly U.S. Capitol riot last week. The app was reliant on cloud computing power provided by Amazon Web Services. John Matze, the founder and CEO, said in a statement on Monday that the Parler app will be down “longer than expected” because other cloud hosting companies do not want to work with Parler in light of the press statements issued by Amazon, Google and Apple."

What these big tech companies are doing is outrageous -- it is flat out socialism communism fascism Orwellian government censorship.....Why didn't the radical leftist Democrats who control big Tech just allow the free markets to decide -- instead of having people like Biden and Pelosi decide who Twitter or Facebook can or can't have on their platform - why didn't they just allow the free market to decide?? -- That is the problem when you have big government get involved with what private businesses can or can't do -- you get communism....

This shouldn't be a left or right issue (except that the right should be able to dictate what the left does or can't do) --- this should be a bipartisan issue -- we should allow free markets to have control over social media, not big government -- and the best way to do that is to nationalize Facebook and Twitter and declare them public commodities and let Trump and others he appoints decide who and who can't have access -- we should also break up Google and Amazon because these corporations have been too successful at gaining a near monopoly -- and breaking up monopolies is totally a function of a free market....In fact, we wouldn't have all of these large media, pharma and agricultural corporate conglomerates if we just allowed free markets to decide...Just think how much better something like healthcare would be if we just nationalized it and declared it a public commodity like the free market demands...
You still haven't figured it out?

So you are ok with censorship and having you first amendment rights squashed?
Let me know where the first amendment says you have the right to post on Twitter. Let me know where the first amendment says you have a right to use AWS.

It doesn't. You want to speak, go to the street corner and speak. No one will censor you and if they try I'll back contribute to your legal costs to fight them.
The social media sites are the analog of a community. But if your community leaders try to shut down your speech that would violate your first amendment rights. So yes I believe the idea that the platform can silence an idea is barbaric.

You don't understand private property rights. Start your own platform and accept your liability .

Someone should have a screenshot, twitchy does it all the time for lefty violence posts taken down by the posters.

Why going all the way to death? Trying to excuse good old fashioned threats of confrontational violence on the left?

Still up:

You see, according to Leftists, attacking non-politicians and non-political structures is not a bad thing.

Amazon broke their contract, they will pay through the nose.

They are also going to get hit with an anti-trust lawsuit for colluding with Google and Apple to suppress competition.
