Parts of Georgia Grand Jury's Trump Report Released.

Giuliani and Mark Meadows and Michael Flynn all testified before that grand jury. They might be sweating today.

We could see yet another attorney getting fucked for helping Trump.

As did Lindsey Graham, he be retiring to his fainting couch.

I guess it depends on what is perjury under Georgia law. Here is Virginia, while lying under oath is perjury, you have to prove it was done knowingly and intentionally, not just that it was a false statement. As a result, most of the people charged with it are charged because they gave conflicting testimony under oath. For instance they may tell a grand jury Dekster had a gun and then testify at trial Dekster didn't have a gun. And sadly, it seems that most of the people charged with it on a day to day basis are battered women who have their husband's charged, then cool off and try to save them at their trial, only to end up charged themselves.

So you just assume that there is something there? Huh?
Of course you do
Yes when a Grand Jury recommends indictments one can assume something is there.

A Grand Jury get multiple witnesses testify before them. If 2, or more like 3,4, or even 10 make totally different accounts of what occured it is safe to assume that people are lying. Or if they are presented by other evidence, tapes, paperwork, etc.etc. and a witness testifies to the contrary of those sources a lie might be likely.

The point is. If a Grand Jury is willing to recommend charges for perjury one can assume they have good reason. One doesn't have good reason to believe they do so out of spite or bias or whatever your reason to reject their findings going by nothing more than what you find online.

LOL, you mean like how they kicked out republican observers while democrats continued to count votes...
Try to keep up here.
Guilianni and Powell, when pressed in court to provide PROOF if this wild claim, were completely unable to.

So it was discredited over two years ago.
Apparently your whacko, right-wing conspiracy "news" outlets aren't getting the memos to you in a timely fashion.

Well, get back to me when they do recommend charges, Okay? Right now you're speculating.

Not really speculating. I am willing to come back to you.

A majority of the Grand Jury believes that perjury may have been committed by one or more witnesses testifying before it. The Grand jury recommends that the District Attorney seek appropriate indictments for such crimes where the evidence is compelling.

That's not all that was found by this grand jury. They also determined there was no widespread election fraud in Georgia. Rightarded claims of multiple ballots being scanned multiple times at the State Farm Arena are debunked once again.
There was no widespread fraud. They found fraud but not widespread. How much fraud? Not much. Just enough to tip the election.

We find by unanimous vote that no widespread fraud took place in the Georgia 2020 presidential election that could result in overturning of the election.

Thats not what the Grand Jury said

Again. No widespread fraud. Not a definitive no fraud. No widespread fraud. An admission that there was fraud. Just not widespread. Enough so they won't get into a messy overturning the election. Now watch this go down the memory hole rather than prosecute any one for perjury.

This is DIRECTLY contradicting the findings of the Grand Jury. Simple as that.

If you want to claim some fraud happened, fine. This is general knowledge. Just like some fraud happened in every single election cycle.

That is not the question however. Did fraud happen on a scale to overturn the election is. And to that this Grand Jury unanimously decided that on the available evidence presented to them for the state of Georgia that it didn't.

You trying to move the goalposts and try to state that it says anything different is you having reading comprehension or honesty problems. I'm leaning to the latter.

ATLANTA (AP) — Parts of a report by a special grand jury that investigated whether then-President Donald Trump and his allies committed any crimes while trying to overturn his 2020 election loss in Georgia have been made public.

The report’s introduction and conclusion, along with a section in which the grand jurors expressed concerns that some witnesses may have lied under oath were released Thursday. But any recommendations on potential criminal charges will remain under wraps for now.

The partial release was ordered Monday by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who oversaw the special grand jury. During a hearing last month, prosecutors urged him not to release the report until they decide on charges, while a coalition of media organizations, including The Associated Press, pushed for the entire report to be made public immediately.
LOL another giant NOTHING BURGER for the left. :laughing0301::laughing0301::laughing0301::laughing0301:

No wrongdoing by President Trump whatsoever.

All they recommended was perjury charges for a few of the 75 witnesses that testified. Likely the people that lied claiming Trump said something he did not.

Typical Nonresponse from the MAGA MAGGOT'S out there. They cannot argue based facts, so they post this crap.

Of course, if they didn't get their desired responses they might have lied under oath. :rolleyes-41:
You just can't make this shit up. :auiqs.jpg:
The special purpose grand jury also recommended the local Georgia prosecutor bring criminal charges if those lies can be proved,

We have only seen portions of this report, so hang on to your seats.

There are a few sporadic cases of election fraud in just about every election. That's not at all of what Trump convinced his sycophant's.

As usual, the coverup is what gets you time; not the crime itself--coverups--or in this case perjury-- happen in broad daylight while folks are watching.
