After listening to both speeches from Romney and Obama, Romney's speech is referring to the Olympians getting help from parents, coaches and communities which makes sense that they didn't get there entirely on their own. They needed their parents for support and coaches to help train them. Obama's speech "you didn't build that" is saying that government helped people be successful by his reference to roads and bridges. But our tax dollars pay for this, so he is wrong.
