Congress has NO AUTHORITY to dictate to the States about how when and where the individual States run their elections. The ONLY input is the date for national elections and the power of Individual Houses to seat or not seat those elected.

If Congress passes Federal legislation, they absolutely have the right to regulate elections in each state. As usual, your dumb ass has no idea what your talking about.
