Do you REALLY claim that a gas which must be confined in a nearly airtight vault and which dissipates within 5 minutes, leaving the space safe for workers with no protection to remove the bodies is a "chemical weapon?"

It was designed to become inert once out of that space. It is the OPPOSITE of a chemical weapon, utterly useless against enemy troops.

As you may know, today Sean Spicer said that Hitler did not use chemical weapons on his own people, but he killed German Jews, after stripping them of their citizenship. Spicer also said Hitler didn't use weapons in combat, but the Chemical Weapons Convention does not require that gas be dropped from planes or shot from cannons. Hitler would have been in violation of the Convention anyway.
