great deflection -- not.I'd still like to know who leaked information pertaining to a sealed indictment prior to the actual unsealing of the charges.

It will be interesting to see how the state will attempt to spin this into layman's terms. The actual case sounds rather boring and loaded with minutia that folks will lose interest in quickly.
The statute ran on those allegations. What was the other crime and who was the victim? They prosecute business records shit all of the time. Bragg has laid it all out. Please stick to facts.
Sigh....again, from the article.![]()
UVA Light Reduced Virus Loads in COVID-19 Patients
Ultraviolet light treatments introduced into the tracheas of five critically ill COVID-19 patients appeared to be safe and associated with a reduction in the respiratory load of SARS-CoV-2—the virus responsible for COVID-19—in all but one patient, according to a study conducted by...www.cedars-sinai.org
Sounded like a whole lot of redundancy in the 34 charges to me.I see Bragg now explaining the lack of charges. It's his extrajudicial opening statement. What claptrap.
You believe you're speaking from the real world?Just copy and paste, over and over again. As you read this, pay attention to the words " another crime". What was the other crime? This is an indictment. This is where the accused gets notified of the accusations against him. It's not a place where the prosecutor can say "the crime will come out during the trial".
In the real world, this indictment would fail for lack of charging a crime.
Can you actually list words of Bragg, during the press conference that are political?
Falsifying business records is not a crime?
Sigh....again, from the article.
"The findings were based on four patients; the fifth patient had no detectable levels of SARS-CoV-2 at the study outset".
"The investigators emphasized the preliminary nature of their research, noting that they did not demonstrate a causal link between the improvement in patient conditions and the reduced viral loads"
And there's been no follow up study. These four patients were severely ill when they were treated.
Really wish people would stop parroting miracle cures.
yeah, right.Going after the deep state.
you would suck as a lawyerIt depends on what those records were used for. If it was to evade taxes, that's a crime. If it was to keep negative information out of the media, that's not a crime.
Don't ask me. Listen to the facts of the indictment. The statute ran on those allegations. What was the other crime and who was the victim?
Oh. So the talking heads speaking from the cable news entertainment platforms just had a lucky guess that there were 34 charges in the sealed indictment?great deflection -- not.

that information itself is what? Good luck using that to deflect. No one outside knew what was in the indictment.Oh. So the talking heads speaking from the cable news entertainment platforms just had a lucky guess that there were 34 charges in the sealed indictment?
Yup, clear as day. 175.10 is the only code cited. Yet 175.10 clearly states that the first degree requires guilt of the second degree.do they? really?
you would suck as a lawyer
