The first domino falls in GA

Trump co-defendant in Georgia criminal case, of interfering in the election, pleads guilty

The news continues to get worse for Donald Trump. Scott Walker pleads guilty to his part in interferring in the Georgia election. He has agreed to testify.

What is amazing as more truths come forward about Donald Trumps negative actions the Trump cult loves him more.
Trump may be one of the most effective cult leaders in history.

Apparently you're not smart enough to know "Scott Walker" and Scott Hall are two different people. Good job retarded commie.

.

This guy should never been charged in the first place. Obviously he is going to try to get out of it asap and with as little exposure as possible.

Because nobody is ever charged with that. Why do you have to be a dense a-hole?
If Hunter has to be charged for something that first timers usually don’t do time for, so does this guy. You’re demanding a two-tier system and then, whenever a ruling goes against the MAGA crowd, complain about a two-tier system! :rolleyes-41:

Kind of like this FAKE NEWS you spread........

The fraud was real. The corrupt courts stopped the explosion. That fuse is still lit.

American Democrats are not Marxists - although I confess they are going further and further to the Left.

There was no "takeover" after the November 2020 general election.

Donald Trump lost fair-and-square.

He lied about losing.

We've seen that before, too.
They sure are Marxists. Anything else?

Bullshit. It confirmed what we already knew. Trump was in cahoots with the Russians to win the election. If Roger Stone hadn't lied to Congress and the FBI, who knows what charges would have been laid.

Notice how you say you'd cop a plea because of the money. What does it matter if you're rich and in prison? They'll be bankrupted anyway because there will be no way their families can continue to live in the style to which they've become accustomed, while the main breadwinner is serving their sentence.

All of these co-defendants are working people. Many work for the government, and none of them are wealthy. Gulliani is working into his 80's because he's broke. These people are all lawyers who will be disbarred if found guilty. They'll lose everything they have now, and come out with stripped of their ability to make money.
None of that is true. It was a hoax, stupid.

You know this is a RICO case, which means there are many cogs to the machine.
Hall's testimony prevents the defense from sabotaging that cog.

RICO means that they don't have any evidence of actual crimes.
They are looking to create some process crimes.

Something democrats never believed in.

And still don't.

10% for the big guy.

Hunter being paid a million a year to sit on the board of a company he knew nothing about while his daddy was VP. A company with ties to his daddy. A company his daddy had the prosecutor fired for looking into his sons business dealings, admitted to on video by his daddy.

Oh yea, lefties, the epitome of law and order. rolleyes

Please don't try to parrot that tired right wing talking point to me yet again. Directors aren't required to know anything about the business of the company. They're not running the company, they're protecting the interests of the shareholders, and confirming that the Officers are handling the business of the company in the best interests of the Shareholders.

They also hire the Officers of the corporation, and set their salaries. So in that regard, a lawyer, with experience in corporate governance is very qualified to sit on the Board. Directors oversee the actions of the Officers: are they lawful, are they in the best interests of the company, and its shareholders.

Hunter wasn't being paid "a million a year to sit on the board". He was paid $50,000 a month, and Burisma kept him on the Board even after his father left office and had no plans to run. Hunter resigned his position with Burisma when his father was preparing to run for President.

Joe Biden had the prosecutor fired for FAILING to prosecute Burisma.

God damn you're stupid

Joe demanded the prosecutor be fired because he wouldn't prosecute his son.

I though that I had heard it all.
But no.
